Unfriendly service both times I visited here.The cashier didn't even ask me if I wanted to be in the Perks program. I essentially told her I wanted to join it.Then I ordered some shoes online and had them shipped to the store to find out 1 of my shoe orders was missing .It was cancelled but not by me. ( Also no one called me to say anything about it)They didn't seem concerned when I brought it up they were like Yeah it cancelled probably not in stock.I informed them while standing there it still shows available online on their website, smdh.Also their website is so very slow.I can think of several shoe places I can't shop at other than DSW that offer better in stock shoes and friendly service.

I wanted to buy bag for the shoes I purchased. They told me that are going bagless and refused to sell me bag. Under the counter there were whole bunch of bags. At least they should have some version of bag - paper, or different material than plastic.

It's unfortunate that their cashiers cannot handle questions without being rude. I love using Google to write positive reviews but had to deviate from the normal for this store. No cheerful greeting or welcoming tone. The manager looked like she'd rather be anywhere else. Floor personnel were more friendly and welcoming. Cashiers need so much training.

Have a $5 birthday coupon ; when having a Saucony sale event, you would think that it would be listed SOMEWHERE in the store or on the coupon that it cannot be combined with a $5 birthday coupon. When asking more questions for clarification, cashier just kept saying "it's what my manager said" (with her manager standing 3 ft away, not stepping in to help clarify anything). It only makes sense to list the conditions of a sale if you're having one, does it not?
