Very good shoe selection. Prices are a bit ridiculous, and the cashiers there are never very lively and efficient. No one is walking around ready to help which kind of is a problem when you need help.

I had a fantastic experience at DSW! The employees were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect pair of shoes. They were knowledgeable about the selection, patient with my questions, and made sure I left completely satisfied. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere with such excellent customer service. I’ll be back!

DSW is where I get all my shoes, I do really love them. The MANAGER was not helpful at all. He stated the barcode was wrong online and the shoes were not available to exchange. So instead of helping me out or trying to order them online SINCE I got them at a discounted price he said he could not do anything for me and I lost that discount. Later I call customer service and they were able to ship me the shoes at the discounted price with 2 day free shipping. SO the manager could have helped me but decided NOT to.

Worst shopping experience. I was followed throughout the store by a male which I came to find out was the mgr on duty. He had no name tag or anything that marked him as an employee. Mind you I was shopping with my toddler and husband. When I went to the restroom I overheard him say something about a person with Merchandise going into the restroom. I had my husband with our toddler. When I came out of the restroom I got our toddler and my husband went to use the restroom. The man went into the restroom after my husband and it was not to use it, I was standing outside the restrooms. My husband (also a police officer ) notice that the man kept looking at me bending over as I was trying in shoes throughout the store and not from a far distance. We then went up to the front of the store to make a complain only to find out the man was the mgr on duty and his name was “Daniel”. This was on 10/12/24. I refuse to shop here again.

Really nice clean store and well stocked with tons of options! I came in looking for some white sneakers 👟But didn’t find something I loved enough to take home. I like going to the back to check out the clearance section. I usually find really awesome pairs for really cheap! Sometimes I walk out with 5 new pairs of shoes 🙈😅 and sometimes I get to just look around 😄🤷🏻♀️
Either way it’s a great store and I recommend it to everyone 👏🏼

Dear DW Management,
I am writing to formally report an incident that took place with your store manager, Nodia, at DSW Rim location During my visit, I asked for assistance, but I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. The manager's tone and attitude made me feel insulted, particularly as a foreign customer.
This experience was deeply upsetting for me, and I believe no customer should be treated in such a manner. I kindly request that you investigate this issue and take appropriate action.
