I was not able to find many shoes my size that weren't black. Always an issue. Have already looked online and no luck. Wish there was a way to get comfortable and cute 11W women's shoes.

Not a lot of children’s options for shoes, but lots to choose from for women. They have a great selection in their clearance area.

The prices here are definitely lower then to buy from the retailer even if it’s a couple bucks. A pair of vans I typically end up buying once every year to couple years came out a couple bucks cheaper than normal. Lots of name brands like Uggs, Skechers, New Balance, and more. Small section of knick knacks.

I visited 10/5 I came in the store at opening, associates were welcoming, they had many styles. I needed to do an exchange which required a manager, she was very rude and short with me, she talked to me like I was stupid and proceeded to make faces at the other employees. I decided to shop around and overheard her and another employee gossiping about the situation as well as other people. I changed my mind and decided to return later after my other errands, the current manager Robin was very helpful, helped me with an exchange and an order for some loafers, great experience. She did apologize for the behavior of her co-workers and assured me the situation was not intended to put a bad taste in my mouth, I guess not all staff can hold the same standards and professionalism. Overall ok experience, better when I came back.

Manager told us at 8:05 that they could hold our items for the next day because the store was closed at 8:00 and they needed time to clean. I purchased my items anyways because I don't have time to come back tomorrow. Website shows closing time at 8:30. I couldn't believe the number of people turned away while they should have still been open. The young lady at the register was fabulous. The closing manager not so much. I am actually still in the parking lot at 8:18 seeing her turn away customer after customer. It's just overall poor customer service. As a business owner myself, I wouldn't have it.

Lots of styles to choose from but several were not available in my size, bummer. I did, however, order my size in 2 styles online to pick up in a week and had % off offer not available in stores (we went to 2 stores). Thank goodness I was planning ahead and have time to order. Didn't see a sales associate to ask questions. Checkout person was very nice.

Worse customer service by Robin. She is very rude , very disrespectful, bullying and degrading customer service . She made us feel belittled . It was a traumatic and disappointing experience
