I will ask for the SAME thing and have it made different each time The coffee is so inconsistent who ever made it today and the same person that keeps making it makes its so DARK AND BITTER there is one person who usually makes it great but you never know what you’re going to get one day it may taste good and then the next ask for the exact thing and taste horrible

Stopped by to get some decaf coffee, of course they had to make it which is ok most people don’t drink decaf. The person that handed me the coffee did NOT put the top in correctly and I burned my hand. Please make sure you all pay attention when handling HOT things.

We went in and had a book club meeting here. Not expecting it to be as busy as it was. The wait was long but it didn't bother us at all the way it bothered many people. Some of our order was not the taste we expected. Not sure why they had ran out of a lot of inventory but we were all ok with it the staff did look overwhelmed and frustrated probably because of the customers reactions. We would of marked this place off of our meeting place BUT due to a very polite, kept a smile on his face and did not change his attitude or tone towards us and treated us as if we were his first customers and made sure we got everything we ordered and made sure we were doing good not only us but the customers that were extremely rude to him. He stayed very polite and professional we will continue to be customers and we will continue to have meet ups here thank you for allowing us to meet here and taking the time we needed without being rushed. Thank you Justin W because of your work ethic, professional character, and the service you provided us you made us oversee the little things we encountered. I ordered 3 drinks on the mobile app. I got there and waited outside like 5 minutes. As I was waiting outside, I noticed that many people would go in and come out with nothing in their hands. I decided to go in, but didn't see anything yet. I was waiting for more than 15 minutes and I noticed that no one was making my drinks. I decided to cancel my order and was waiting for a refund, but they instead charged me, even thought I didn't receive anything! (The payment was on wait, but the next day they charged me) A few days later I went to ask for a refund, but they said the manager had to be there. I went there and no manager was there.

I’ve had ordered a toasted white chocolate signature latte before heading to my afternoon lecture class at my college, almost down the road and the coffee I bought had spilled all over me. I was drenched in iced coffee. I had to take off my clothes. I smelled terrible, but I had to wait until after lecture I repeatedly called the place and they did not answer, but I was not discouraged. I went in person, and I spoke to will and another lady she has short hair and was short. She was very kind to me and offering me another drink the same one as I had before and I said sure that works and I felt bad so I bought a doughnut, for they won’t get in trouble or anything but I just wanted to put it out there that I sent them many blessings and I thank them for being empathetic towards my situation with the iced coffee spilling all over me. I hope they get a raise maybe promoted but they are amazing people and I definitely recommend this establishment due to those tip types of employees. Will definitely be going back and getting a coffee or maybe a doughnut before my lecture almost every other day. Thank you guys for being so kind to me. I hope it is reciprocated in the future
