the young woman working the shift tonight, I went around 9/9:30 PM, was very unprofessional and gave bad service. The music was louder than usual and she could hardly focus on taking the order and kept pausing to sing while we were trying to order. Not polite, disrespectful. would leave her name but she never mentioned

It's refreshing to have fantastic customer service from teenagers/young adults! The hot mint cocoa with an espresso shot was the delicious boost I needed. Because it was my first time, the customer service and great beverage will bring me back!

Not only does Dutch Bros Coffee have excellent and delicious drink options, but it is quite obvious that they emphasize customer service to their team members.

This location is really bad with handling long lines, instead of following in order of cars received the workers tend to bounce around skipping cars in line. Today i was second in line with a lot of cars behind me when one truck came into the second lane and passed everyone. The employee taking orders saw this and looked at me. He then smirked and walked to the other line in which the truck had just pulled up. A little history THIS WAS THE 3RD TIME this individual has done this to me. Rye the employee in question was already asked about this the first time I got skipped. Similar situation, when I asked his manager about it he was laughing in the background. Since then if he's taking orders I always get skipped. If you come to this location prepare to be judged by the employees, I have my head shaved and tattoos, but I'm a disabled veteran and always try to be nice. Management allows the employees to make up their own rules while not enforcing policies. You can go at all times and see the employees wasting product, not cleaning the utensils and coffee making equipment. Most of the coffees are inconsistent in flavor, some add not enough ingredients, others too much at times. For 8 bucks a drink you can do better at other locations. There are reasons why the line is always long at this location.

I’m a Dutch regular, however, the drinks are inconsistent in flavor and texture. It’s been at least on four occasions when the drink has an unusual flavor. I returned back to the shop and the staff stated they had cleaned the equipment and were glad to make my drink again. But the drink tasted awful. I’ve been to other Dutch bros in the area and I don’t have this issue.

They need more people to take the orders. We spend almost 30 minutes for two drinks. I guess they should start paying more to get employees.
