Just disappointed. I have / had various Eddie Bauer clothing. Bought T shirts recently. T shirts shrunk, were too small. Store would now accept a return due to them being washed. Something I'd never have to deal with with brands like Columbia, North face from a given store (Academy, etc). They couldn't accept a $80 return to a customer who has spent 1K+ on clothing over the years. I'll never purchase from them again.I cannot recommend. Safer going with companies that have better return policies and place more importance on their customer value.

Stopped by to shop for luggage, we have purchased from here in the past. Luggage is durable, adequate weight for us. I purchased a couple of more pieces, they were half price. I like the store, always greeted when I walk in, store is set up well.

Eddie Bauer has NO INTEGRITY. They decided recently to cancel their previous LIFETIME warranty on everything they sell. No apologies. Just greed.

I will recommend buying from this manufacturer BUT !! ..I live here in San Antonio Texas we have one store this is where I go to buy my items that are purchased from Eddie Bauer " BUT during this week I went into pI will recommend buying from this manufacturer BUT !! ..I live here in San Antonio Texas we have one store thisurchase some snow gear from this store when I went to the register she began the process of ringing me up " after she was done I ask about the $10 coupon I received from the manufacturer " As I inquire about more about the coupon you can she was not happy that I was questioning knowledge " I began to ask again for a 2nd time she looked up at me with a very angry face and snapped at me told me I was wrong did not know what I was talking yelling at me !!! ? I kept my mouth shut since I work with the public and know how this can go side ways and was already very tired from working all day " I turned left the store went home to get the $10 coupon came back and purchase the item from her again because it was something I really wanted it was the last one in my size with a fantastic discount on the pullover hoodie and I bought a t-shirt as well . I gave her the coupon she told me it was already used " I could not use it !! I asked are you sure she replied YES !! Those were the only words I used during the transaction to end . I could see if I utter any other words it would be continuation another argument that I would not want ". When leaving the store she said have a nice day !! being said in a sarcastic rude tone " I replied excuses me ? she said you heard me !! I looked at her told he do not ever ever snap at me or yell at me ever agian " I was being polite to you and you have been extremely rude to me " Walk away out the door left to go home ".. I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OVER THE YEARS IN YOUR COMPANY AND IN THAT STORE AS WELL ESPECIALLY IN LAST 7 YEARS THERE AT THAT LOCATION ".. IM ORIGINALLY FROM WASHINGTON ".. I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN DISRESPECTFUL BY A EMPLOYEE OF YOUR COMPANY UNTIL THAT DAY !!!.. MANAGER NAME TAY " you can see her body language when I'm in there looks mad or angry " I returned today I went into the store ask speak with the manager " found out she was the manager " I was very surprised this is the kind of person you have working there " when speaking to the employee told him this and I would go on line to complain you could see the fear in his face body language " .. This person does not need to be a manager of your well respected company " I will continue to buy items from Eddie Bauer but not at that store ever again as long as she is there as manager of this location..

I went yesterday (10/19/21) to this store because I wanted to return a carry on bag, but couldn't do it because the saleslady told me EB no longer carries their Lifelong Return/Exchange Guarantee on their products. I told her I completely understood. I just pointed out how bad my bag was (the 4 wheels get constantly stuck and the handle doesn't come out easily). And then this other lady (blue eyes, short blonde hair) comes up and tells me "That's your personal opinion, it's not a factory defect" with a loud voice. I was shocked, never expected such a terrible attitude from any EB employee. It's not like a was the typical stubborn customer (I work at sales too). I really hope the company reads this and coach store managers and clerks they can't treat costumers like that.

My wife bought me some shirts for my birthday from this Eddie Bauer store. It turns out the shirts were too big. We went back to exchange them for smaller sizes. Beverly assisted us with our search to find shirts and colors. Beverly was extremely helpful all the way through. We will definitely be back to shop for more clothing.
