I'm shocked at how Edible Arrangements used to be such a classy company and has gone so down hill. I think it's a bigger picture problem(corporate management??) or possibly just the EA's in San Antonio. I'm too tired to explain all the problems I've run into in the recent years including most recently trying to redeem my birthday voucher for a whopping 6 chocolate covered strawberries(must be a big ticket item for them), for which, it took several weeks, multiple phone calls and actual visits to the store as well as a back and forth discussions with employees in which they truly did tried their best not to honor this birthday gift granted by the company.....just don't send it in the first place if that's the case....it's sad and possibly related to post covid customer service decline vs EA just having run it's course...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don’t answer the phone and the corporate I called hung up on me twice. It took me over 3 hours to situate an order for my father’s birthday. I ordered a $75 arrangement for same day delivery on the website. So immediately I called the store fulfilling my order to check/verify and she told me she sees the order but does NOT have the transfer paperwork, so she told me to call ALL their locations in San Antonio, find who has it and ask them fax it to her. She also said they have no boxes, so I asked if we could use something smaller or bigger or different and she said there’s no boxes…wasn’t possible to do. That was about the time when she started YELLING at me and then just hung up on me! I was like shaking after that call….this was important that
My father receives this. So I begin call every store to see who has it. finally an associate named Lettie told me that it isn’t my job to be calling around and furthermore everything that woman told me was incorrect. That she does HAVE the correct paperwork.and mentioned that that store has been having extreme issues and they many boxes different boxes to accommodate my dads order. She very nice and mentioned I should call corporate. I call and explain the situation to Torique, he called that store several times and no answer.. He then canceled my order and gave me a refund then the phone hangs up. I call back and reach Kahela this time, I asked if we could call the store together; and someone named Fernando answered. (I’m at 3 hours on phone by this time) He said he was the closest thing to a manager….he explained they have no boxes, helium, or birthday balloons. I’m shocked at this point because THIS is who is doing my dad’s order. Then tells me my order is canceled so I need to make a new order and pay for that. I did that over the phone with him, so I just paid for whatever at this point. It was another $75, Im shocked they didn’t take care of ANYTHING for all the trouble…NEVER GOING BACK!

Very unsatisfied. I placed an order 4 days in advance on Thursday. When I went to pick it up, the store wasn't even open on Monday. Online said it should have been open at 9a. Someone finally came and opened the door at 9:30am. Then he told me the order wasn't made. I asked how long it would take, and he said they were out of containers, that he couldn't even make anything. He told me he was sent from corporate to give refunds. Thank God, I was fully refunded a couple days later, but the event was horrid since it was for a birthday celebration for a vegan coworker. Very unsatisfied. He didn't even end up with anything due to the time constraints and finding out about this literally the last minute when it was supposed to be ready! My company will never try to use them again. No apologies from the company, just oh, we are out of containers on the day and time I was supposed to pick it up! Some kind of email or notification would have been appreciated so I could find other options in advance.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order 3 days before needing it to go to a client it never arrived. Called and emailed multiple times always went to voice mail will be reporting the transaction.

POS EA took our order and just, yanno, said oops sorry we didn't do it. It was only for folks who have lost a loved one, so no big deal really. :/

I first went to the location to order and pay cause I had cash that was chipped in by staff. I was told they don’t have cash and was turned away. Ok I thought my fault, I should’ve called first. I didn’t have time to drive to the Fredericksburg location so I asked a coworker if I can give him the cash and he use his card to order online.We placed the order for next day delivery. Half the day goes by, no delivery. I called, no answer. I waited a couple hours called again and was told they don’t have any fruit and don’t know when the order will be delivered. I asked for my refund. He didn’t fight me on that but maybe a heads up when orders are placed that you don’t take cash and you don’t have fruit being you’re a fruit business.

I would like to leave a 0. It was my birthday two days ago and I never received my gift from Edible. My sister had sent it to me and they said it was delivered. But I never received it. She said she called them multiple times as did I but nobody once answered the phones. This would never happen where Im from. San Antonio business is a disgrace and it makes me not want to live here anymore. Not a very nice thing to do to someone on there birthday. A very Unsuccessful surprise.

I should have read the reviews for this store before buying because they’re accurate. I placed an order a week prior and sent someone to pick it up at the scheduled time. The shop was closed, nobody was there and when I contacted another location they said they hadn’t even started my order. What a waste of time and money. I called corporate to get a refund. I haven’t used edible arrangements in years, looks like they’ve gone downhill. Don’t waste your time with this store.

Terrible experience here. Don't expect anyone to answer the phone if you're trying to discuss any order you've placed. Called 10 separate times trying to cancel an order and submitted a request online - they still delivered the product AND it was wrong.

Ordered something for my father in law and it was never made or delivered. What sham of a business. Can't even call then untill next day. Eff this place.

My experience for terrible. I order this arrangement Confetti Berry and Chocolate Bouquet - Regular two day before the birthday. When I called to check on the arrangement they said the was out of semi-sweet chocolate. Their only answer was to take all white chocolate. I didn't want all white chocolate. They was their only substitute. There person was like take it or leave it. So I asked for a refund. I had to go and find another present. I won't use them ever again. There is a reason they are averaging 2.5 stars. Don't use them if you want your order on time.
