š”I dropped off a substantial amount of dry cleaning as I normally do typically once a monthā¦. There was an employee that Iāve seen before however, sheās not the normal employee that intakes my order Monday through Friday-the day happened to be Saturday.
I asked for my clothes to be tagged per the ticket (For a Specific reason) and Creased.
She gave me so much griefā¦. She finally decided to āact likeā she was going to do it the way I kindly asked her too.
She wrote up four tickets- 10 Clothing items on each ticket except one had seven items and she gave me grief about that!!! š”
(This was perfect!- I thought)
When I picked up my clothes today, she did the exact opposite and dumped all of them in one basketā¦. tagged anyway ams They were all intermingled (this is what I was trying to avoid!!!!!!)
I didnāt ask for them to service my clothes for freeā¦ā¦
I paid good and hard earned money ($175.00)- this was a minimum order because normally my clothes are 200+ dollars per monthā¦.
This was totally disrespectfulā¦
I have reached out to Usave twice- No return callā¦.. Silence speaks volumeā¦. And I understand completelyā¦..
I will be looking for somewhere else to take my clothes to be servicedā¦. Minimum $2,100.00 per yearā¦. Tell āDorothyā THANK YOU for interrupting your business finance.

This place is a rip off I put a pair pants in this cleaners when they came back the was not cleaned they was supposed to redo the pant, picked pants up on 9/7/2024 the redo tag was still attacked
To the pants, they was never cleaned

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value delivered by Eldorado Cleaners. It was easy to drop off my dry cleaning on my way to work, and pick it up several days later. They did a great job cleaning my evening wear. When I went to pick it up and pay for it, the cost was even less than I thought it would be! The place may not look super "pretty," however, they really do a fantastic job. My only advice to others would be: don't wait until the day before you need your garment before dropping it off. Allow time for it to be cleaned and returned to you. Everyone there was super friendly, too! I'll definitely be going back!

They closed 15 or 20 minutes early and I was unable to retrieve my suit for conference. I am very upset the fact that they closed early , I have no suit for the conference.

I HAVE used this Cleaners for 21yrs. I took 4 pair of pants in on June 5th @7a. Usually I could pick them up on the same day. We'll I was supposed to get them On Tuesday after 5p but I waited until today Wednesday June 7th. Well they had only done 3 pair and my new pair was not ready. I had to wait on them and when the manager repressed them HE SCRCHED MY NEW PANTS. I'm furious. What can I do.? This is so unprofessional and careless. Now I will find another Cleaners.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. The service was beyond terrible. My brand new clothing was lost and the owner or manger(Cole) has a nasty attitude and poor customer service.

This used to be my dry cleaners of choice to get our clothes dry cleaned and/or professionally pressed. However, since they have had a high turnover the quality has gone downhill. The price and location was excellent. I suggest to anyone looking for a dry cleaner to wait until they get fully staffed and/or trained to give them a chance again.
