I recently had my Mercedes-Benz painted at Embassy Collision, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They did an excellent job, and their customer service was by far the best I've experienced at any repair shop. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who took the time to personally explain the entire repair process to me, which I really appreciated.
What impressed me most was the turnaround time. From start to finish, my vehicle was ready in less than five business days. I understand that some repairs can take longer, but they exceeded my expectations by delivering so quickly without compromising quality.
This is my wife’s car, and she’s always taken great care of it, but after Embassy Collision’s paint and bodywork, the vehicle looks new again. Thank you to the entire Embassy team for your hard work and dedication to excellence. I will definitely be bringing all of my cars here in the future!

I had a BMW that was in an accident and not only did they charge us like crazy, but they also wouldn’t return our headlight, respond to our messages or calls, and they broke the wire in the trunk that connects to the the roof that goes down. Be cautious of these people.

Had my Corvette C8 Repainted/repaired at this location. They went above and beyond. Had other minor nicks around the car that they took care of. Car came out even better than new! Will definitely be back here for any future services, highly recommend to anyone needing bodywork/paint.

Drove halfway across town recommended by a friend only to be told to come back later because he was just taking his lunch break now I had already been given a time due to he was out to lunch horrible way to conduct business but hey I guess they got enough of it so didn't need mine.

The best place to take your car to get fixed. The girls up front are just simply wonderful and super friendly. They always answered all my questions and went above and beyond for me to help me out. They left my car looking brand new as if I just got it off the lot. Their work is amazing. I definitely will be recommending anybody who needs work done to come here. They didn’t treat me like a number here with money signs all over me. You can tell they love what they do and will get you rolling in no time. Also the turn around time to get my vehicle back was literally like a week after insurance. You will not regret coming here.
