I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and generally love this place. As a Hilton Diamond Member, I expect to be treated well and appreciated, but they have totally missed the mark with my latest stay.
Before arriving, I checked in on my iPad and requested a digital key. When the key was delivered, it was sent to my iPad and I wanted to access it on my iPhone. I tried everything to switch.
I had five visits to the front desk over three days and they have been able to resolve my issue. A ticket we opened with Hilton Customer Service, but they did nothing. My last visit to the desk was horrible, I was told flat out “there is nothing I can do” with the attitude of get out of my face.
Total fail over something that should be so simple.

This is a great place to stay Hilton thank u for having them as one of your hotels great customer service and the people was very helpful it's just one flaw alot of the cleaning people don't speak English ? but I worked with it ?

Rooms: The rooms are very nice and clean. Bed linens are really nice.
Nearby activities: Many restaurants nearby.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was very good with a variety of offerings. Happy hour drinks and snacks were minimal. The food in general is expensive off the menu.

The hotel was fantastic. But the best part of it was Vanessa at the front desk who went above and beyond what she needed to do to find something we had left at the hotel. It is definitely the people that make the difference at any business. Thank you Vanessa and embassy suites.

Location depends on what you are looking for. It's far from the Riverwalk.
But, if you have a business in Brooks, then it would be perfect.
Rooms: Rooms are clean and nice.
They all have small fridges and microwaves.
Safety: It seems to be safe
Sometimes,Parking spaces do not seem to be enough!

Hands down the best Hilton service all around. Staff amazing and food just as amazing. Book your stay at this Embassy location. Lacey/Ely were the best in the restaurant ?

When you are extremely picky about hotels, it's nice to have one that fills all the gaps. This Hotel was sooo clean and suites were so spacious, breakfast was amazing! Getting my Omelet cooked in front of me was top notch. Cocktail hour was cute. Great places close by such as BJ's restaurant, literally next door, Crumbl, Cheddars, Roadhouse, 7 Brews, Outback, Fried chicken places. Great for people with all different taste buds. Was an absolute great place for us. Well there is a con. Pool wasn't that big for the size of the hotel and people but the Gym was decent.

Excellent Hotel. We had our monthly executive meetings for our group here and always a treat. The private meeting rooms were always on point and those of us that traveled and spent the night enjoyed a clean stylish room at a fair rate.

Great accommodations, nice spacious room, Great breakfast however, Kitchen menu choices limited, Bar liquor options very basic, personnel not very friendly nor helpful, location not recommended for Tourists all attractions are minimum 20 minutes far with no traffic.

Upscale hotel for south San Antonio. The room was decent, but we did not feel welcome.
We used digital checkin to select our room the morning before we checked in, but when we got to the hotel at 5:30 that day we found out we had to use the front desk to “complete checking in.” The manager, Mr. Charlie, explained that a “certain type of guest” had abused digital check in so they required some people to check in at the front desk when the arrive so they can check ID and credit card. I guess that means the “Javier Cruz” type people, cuz my buddy checked with a digital key no problem, and he is white. Also, the room we picked was not available and they gave us a room really noisy by the ice machine.
I do not recommend this place to Latinos or other “certain type “ of people.

The breakfast is excellent, Isabel Delgado served us, super attentive and friendly, very happy
Safety: Everything was quiet, breakfast has many options and is rich and abundant
Food and drinks: At 5:30 there is a very timely snack

What an outstanding property. I found them after leaving a different hotel because of mold. The rooms are confortable, quiet and well appointed. Its great for relaxing or working remotely. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a restful stay. They even made sure I had a custom breakfast when I missed the regular meal time. My company will be booking our entire team with you going forward.
Rooms: Roomy Suites, with noise buffers. I couldn't hear the hallway, other rooms or outdoor traffic. Love the desk/dining area and the extra large make up mirror
Safety: Isolated and secure. I felt much safer here than anywhere near the Riverwalk
Walkability: The grounds are lovely for walking amd exercise. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance as well.
Food and drinks: Restaurant is fantastic and the full bar was a welcome ammenity.

Great Hotel, I had stayed there 3 times for courses. Last summer and last month, February 2024. The attention was excellent since check in, whatever we needed they were happy to help. They have a delicious breakfast included, nice restaurant and they also have happy hour. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
