I've been here twice in the last two years. They never have vehicles that are made to run in the community, instead the have large unruly trucks that barely fit on the road and are extremely overpriced, meaning that you can't even rent them for the week needed without running out budgets. Never will I ever want an 8 foot Jeep to put into a parking garage while visiting downtown San Antonio. Get more sedans and vehicles that fit in a compact parking spot and maybe the experience won't be miserable.

The young lady in the office is amazing. During my last trip, I had a flat tire and called to report where I was when it happened. The guy who answered the phone apparently didn't pass on this information to her. I did get her when I called back a little later.When I returned the car, I asked her if he told her about it, she said no.Kudos for her for being a member of your rental team!

Customer service here was great! The car I got was suitable for my trip and drove great. No complaints and I definitely recommend them for your rental needs.

All the cars here don't look very nice. they all like glowing green and stuff. I was going to rent a car but I realized the cars only have one seat this is a major problem for me because I have 4 bums because of cancer. I did not let this bother me though. I have better control over the cars! Because i now have 4 hands to grab the steering wheel. 5/10

Hi my name is Christine Apgar, I visited San Antonio, Tx in Sept of this year. (2023) I was late getting to the campground that we were staying at on the 6th, due to an accident. I called Enterprise to let them know and they said that I had to wait till the next day to pick up my car. We came to Tx. to watch our grandson graduate from the air force base, Lackland on the 7th of Sept. The graduation was on the 7th and it was at 9 in the morning, they could not pick us up until 9:30 that morning. When they did pick us up and we got back to the office, they did not have a car for us we had to wait for one to come in. We got the car to late to see the graduation, and unfortunately I forgot my wallet in the car they picked us up in as I thought this was the car for us. Well I contacted the office as soon as I got back to the campground and was told they did not find it. I called the next day and they told me they would do a complete search of the area. They never called me back to let me know anything. We left Tx on Sunday the10th and on the 11th they claimed to have found my wallet. I asked if they could mail it to me, offered to pay and told them I would take full responsibility for it. Well here it is the 10 of Oct. and have still to get it. The claim to have Fed Ex. it to me on the 18th or the 19th but have no tracking number to give me. Now I know for a fact that Fed Ex gives a tracking number when you send something out. I have called this office a number of time over the past 2 months and still get the same response. They sent it and I should have gotten it already. I am getting a little tired of all the bull over this, I have called corporate and the same with them. I called Fed EX and they can not help me with out a tracking number, which the young lady who Fed Ex'd it to me does not have. I am going to have to get my lawyer involved now, hate to resort to this but I need my wallet.

This Enterprise location has been my go-to business to rent a car for years. I live in the downtown area, so this location is super convenient for me and frankly I've always thought they have great customer service. The couple times I've rented a car from them, I've been able to go in and out of there in just a couple minutes and the staff has been amazing. However, my last experience left a little bit of a bad taste. When I got there they told me they did not have any cars (even though I had a reservation). Thankfully another customer arrived a couple minutes after me to drop off her rental, so I was able to take hers. However I had to wait for them to clean it, inspect it and put gas on the car. This whole thing put me an hour late from the reservation time I had originally requested. On top of that, they did not fill up the gas tank completely, so I still had to stop by a gas station to fill it up myself which was very annoying. More people arrived after me with reservations, and they kept telling them they had to wait at least one hour to get a car. My recommendation to everyone would be that if you need a car ASAP, this might not be the location for you. If you don't mind waiting a bit and would like to walk around the beautiful South Alamo while they get you a car, then this might be the place for you.

We called for a pickup at our hotel. They totally forgot about us. We called several times and got voice mail. Called Corporate with the same results. Walked a mile to the rental car place after waiting an hour. When we get there an employee walks in with lunch. Gotta love it, right. When we asked for a car. We were told there were only 2 ready. Ridiculous as it didn't matter what kind of car we apparently reserved. Told the guy we were supposed to be picked up and got a half hearted apology. Went through the paperwork in record time and got the he'll out of there. The car was fine and the remainder of our rental went without incident. Too bad it got to such a bad start.

Was on hold, calling for over 20 minutes trying to get a rental car for out of town family that were in a wreck. After waiting for forever they just picked up the phone and hung up on us. Guess it was too close to closing for them to do their job...

Had a insurance claim went there man manager act like my debit card didn't work which it work at every other store.Then lied about a vehicle he was going to hold for me and gave it away in less then five minute bad business

I regularly use the San Antonio riverwalk location to pick up my rentals and what impresses me is the consistently great service Oscar and Ashley provide. They're not just polite and efficient but actively look for ways to make my experience better.

The dude at the counter is super slow and seems to be texting his friends, as seen by the fact that he's frequently trying to withhold his smile.This part is responding to the reply:Thanks for the reply Jean. My reservation went fine and there were nothing wrong for the entire process. I am simply pointing out the lack of professionalism of one particular person as there was a large line when we were picking up our car. I just want to urge more emphasis on professionalism amongst staff. That's all.

I was kindly helped by Oscar, who went above and beyond to help me get a rental vehicle. When I arrived, I notified Enterprise that I would need a mid-size car. However, due to short stock, I was given a much better option. I was thoroughly impressed at how diligent Oscar even though he had multiple customers!
