Good luck trying to conduct business or resolve an account issue. I’m a military member who changed duty stations a few months ago, and I have attempted to resolve my past bill from out of state. Unfortunately, because the bill originated from a car I rented in San Antonio, I have to depend on this office to be responsive in order to resolve the issue. I’ve tried multiple other offices, but this is the headquarters for San Antonio; therefore, this is the only option. I’ve reached out and called this office multiple times and was transferred to the “accounting department” only to get a voicemail or no answer rather than an actual person on the phone. The person working the front desk barely picked up the phone. Unfortunately this is the only Enterprise in San Antonio that handles the administrative and past bill issues. You would think that they would be more available. I have been trying to reach them for 3 weeks to no avail. I even had to call corporate to see if I could resolve the issue through other means, and corporate reached out to this location but they still HAVE NOT BUDGED. At this point it is highly unprofessional, and has become a major roadblock to doing business with Enterprise. Maybe I’ll have to just fly out to the location and show up in person and then I can get something done.

Do not rent from enterprise. They have ridiculous billing practices when it comes to insurance and they lie repeatedly. I contacted them about charges for my most recent rental and they kept pawning me off to the next person. Finally I was told on three separate occasions that a regional manager would contact me and here a month later I have not heard from this socalled manager. Nobody in customer service would help me just pass me along. They have a very unprofessional manner when it comes to listening and investigating compliant. Simply they don't do either.

This Altima was covered by an insurance claim. Yet I had to pay a deposit (it was refunded). Car was clean despite several days of rain. There was body damage that included a loose inner fender piece hanging down. Also had some sideswipe damages along passenger side. I'm wondering if this was a singular occurrence, or if non-repair of cosmetic damages is normal. They picked me up at the body shop, and fetched it from shop when my repairs were completed. Nice service, okay options in car.

I recently got into an auto accident and had to send my car in for repairs at a local repair shop. I contacted Enterprise for a car rental until my car was ready for pickup from the shop. Andrew was very understanding to my needs, I requested a Ford Escape because of my height, the seat accommodates me. Even tho they didn't have one on their lot that day, he said he would try and request and hold one for me the next day. The next day I called and lew and behold, the Ford Escape was waiting for me! I was very happy with my experience, I loved the car, I wish I could've kept it instead of my own car. I returned it the way it came about two weeks later same way it came. Employees were very friendly and professional, they provided all the information needed for your experience. I definitely would come back to this location.

No stars, but I'm forced to give at least one. Disgusted with this company! I had rented one of their trucks back in February of this year. (2018) During the time I had the truck I had the poor misfortune of having some windsheild damage. Because I didn't purchase the extra insurance, I had to pay out of pocket to repair the windshield. For the past few months, Enterprise corporate office has called me repeatedly to discuss this matter. There's nothing to discuss because I paid for the damages in full. The local office did not communicate this with the corporate office. Fast forward two months. I received another call from corporate wanting to discuss the matter. I returned their call and I was given a rude childish representative by the name of Marian. I was trying to explain to her that I was upset at the repeated phone calls, and I wanted this matter looked into and resolved today. She decided to hang up on me instead. I've looked at the reviews, and this company has over 2,000 complaints. Take heed and take your business to one of the more competent rental car companies instead!

The service was mediocre, they were supposed to pick me up from the Collison center at 1430 and they were 8 minutes late. If you are going to be late, you need to call the customer and inform them. I am someone that likes to be on time and expect the same Courtesy from others when it comes to time management. I called the rental company and I stated I was supposed to be picked up at 1430 and someone stated we are on our way. The employee arrived by the name of Zach, he opened my door and transported me to the rental company. Zach was very funny and professional when he was going over the inspection. He convinced me to get the 13.99 insurance just in case due to the high accident rate in TX. I obtained my car and headed back home.

Had a good experience renting a car for three days here on the fly. Literally walked in at the day around 4:30 pm and Jose got us a good deal on a Dodge stealth which was the last available car. They cleaned it fast and sent me on my way within 20 minutes of entering. I would rent from this location again.

Ancira set me up with a rental when car service was gonna run longer than originally quoted. I was in and out like a flash; they were functioning at well-oiled-machine level. Docked 1 star cos the rental insurance woulda been added if I hadn't asked and merely signed at the Xs... but when I asked, there was absolutely no hassle; just "in that case, sign here to decline". Wham, bam, thank ya!

The employee was nice but the "Company that picks you up" didn't have a car to pick me up. Told me to get a cab. That's kind of defeating the purpose of renting a car from Enterprise.

Easy to work with - walkable distance to where I was repairing my car, Ancira Body Shop - they did all the paperwork so I only had to provide a card just in case - didn't have to do anything else, no charges. Thanks for making what is normally a hassle no big thing.

I have a question if an employee of Enterprise Rent A Car has direct deposit and the deposit does not go thru on the day that it is posted for what should that employee do in order to get paid without delay?
