This place is quick to sell you protective "bumper to bumper" insurance when you pick up your car, (which I paid for), but when all is done to return the rental on time, they're MIA. This is unorganized and causes mistrust with your customers. I went to return my rental car scheduled for a return drop off on Saturday, January 20 at 12:00 PM. I arrived at 12:02, door locked, no after hour services, no key drop off box to return the rental. Called Enterprise CS line and was advised to drop off at the nearest airport instead. WHAT?! Okay, fine. At 12:15-12:20 PM, the same person who checked me in on Wednesday 12/17 to pick up my car walked out out of nowhere (he was inside the whole time???) and opened the door to address another customer who was waiting to pick up a car scheduled for that day as well before they closed (she didn't look happy either). I gave this person the car rental key asking for a receipt to ensure that I wouldn't get charged for an extra day and to show proof that I did return in ON TIME. He SAYS HE'LL EMAIL TO ME AFTER HE WAS DONE WITH TAKING CARE OF THE PERSON who was there to do a pickup. He literally said he will. I said, "Okay, I thanked him. Left." Now it is 3:02 PM, I have not received my email receipt. I want my receipt. I will be calling Monday for my receipt and, if I get charged for an extra day than was originally agreed on, I will let my CC company know, your company will not get paid. I guarantee that. Also, Malcom (I believe) was the person who I picked up the car with and returned the car with. Where's my receipt you told me you'd email me?

I can’t say enough how grateful I am for Justin and James. Both gentlemen were amazing!!! I highly recommend going to their location!!! You gentlemen made miracles happen for me!!!

My 2 last rentals were good. Only one negative to take away from the experience. There's a representative at the Fredericksburg/Callahan location that's not friendly. Customer Service is what it is all about to customers coming back. The manager does his job really well and with a smile. Continued prosperity and health to EVERYONE at Enterprise Rentals from the upper management to the staff that does the detailing of the cars.

When I initially went to pick up a rental car, I was given a very tiny, old Mitsubishi that was physically falling apart and smelled of cigarettes. I drive a medium SUV and have a toddler with me, so I really didn’t feel comfortable driving what was given to me. I then spoke with Justin who let me trade in the Mitsubishi for a newer Jeep SUV without additional cost. I am incredibly grateful and appreciate of Justin and Enterprise for being so accommodating.

UPDATE: The branch manager Justin Worley charged my card without authorization. He lied to my face and said he called me first. Ford failed to extend the rental reservation so Justin took it upon himself to run my card I had used for the liability payment. He did not even call Ford to attempt to resolve the issue. Avoid this Enterprise location. Unprofessional and incompetent.Original:Malcolm really helped me out and I appreciate his hard work. Ford paid for the rental and it is required I use a Ford vehicle. The first vehicle had mechanical issues and I was able to switch it out the following day. I look forward to using this location in the future and recommend this Enterprise to others.

Everyone I worked with treated me with such kindness and respect and they made the experience very seamless and easy from picking up the vehicle to dropping it off, it was a breeze! James and Malcolm really are great and deserve a raise!

The enterprise has the worries customer service. They were suppose to pick us up around 11:00 to 11:30am. And still waiting for them. They can't answer simple questions. Like what kind of a vehicle it is and the color. They need more training at that location. Still waiting today.

My car was in the shop and connected me with Enterprise for a rental. The experience here was great, and Tianna's service was fantastic! She was very thorough and patient when going over the different fee options with me and didn't hardsell me anything. If you stop by, ask for Tianna!

Great Experience! I needed a car fast and I got one. Staff was friendly and professional. Miss Ariel the young lady that assisted me was overwhelmed yet managed to remain composed and focused. I especially admired her sense of humor, inspite of being pulled in all directions simultaneously. I liked the car and the people. Class Act!

Outstanding service. This location is very busy. So you would have very picked over for rental. I got a big van and just for myself. But they did help me swap it out at another location. Highly recommend this location.
