I have had a terrible experience at this Enterprise location (281/Marshall Rd). I received a damage claim of nearly $2,300 for which I am being charged for pre-existing damage. I have attempted to discuss my concerns with two branch managers, one of which was dismissive of my concerns and the other which has failed to return multiple messages. As this is not being addressed locally, I will be filing complaints with the BBB and with my state's attorney general's office (consumer protection). Based on my experience, I do not recommend that others use this Enterprise location.

Great experience renting a car while my vehicle was being repaired. All the front staff and workers were nice and helpful. I didn't have to wait, no complications, no complaints. Great business. Thank you!

Beth and Jerry were both extremely nice to work with and very helpful! The car was clean and in great condition. The return process was easy and quick as well.

When we dropped off the car at the airport. Enterprise made the whole process a breeze! It was so easy & fast, we had so much extra time at the airport. We anticipated this process taking so long that we got there early that scheduled. But Enterprise staff were on it that morning & we were extremely pleased not only with the rental but the excellent service & pleasant staff.

How good can a rental car place be? Well, if you travel as much as I do, you'll encounter the spectrum of customer service. While I was waiting for my car to be repaired by Caliber, I rented a car from this Enterprise location. First, I received a phone call from Leslie to ask specifics about my pick up date and vehicle type. She was pleasant and efficient on the phone. When I arrived at the physical location, Leslie was behind the counter. She greeted me enthusiastically and assisted me in completing the needed documents. Then, she handed me off to Beth, who also proved to be very sweet and helped me do the walkaround with the car. In less than 20 minutes, I was on my way. Both of these ladies exemplified superior customer service and they were so friendly that I thought they just liked me...until I watched them be just as great with the next customer. So, yes, there is a difference with this location. I will be back when I need a rental car and thank you for your combined professionalism!

THIEVES!!! They gave me a car that was damaged by hail on the windshield and hood, but claimed that it wasn't considered damaged because of how small the cracks and dents were. 2 weeks after dropping off the car, I receive a bill stating that there was damages made to the car and I should file a claim with my insurance company. I was never told about any damages at drop off and I know they were plotting to find someone with good insurance that would repair the previous damage. The Asst. Manager is a gossipy idiot that talks about co-workers right in front of clients and the Manager is a joke. Will NEVER go to Enterprise ever again!!!

Pros: I was able to get my rental car very quickly and painlessly, and an Enterprise representative showed me where to find certain controls in the vehicle (wipers, temp controls, etc.) at my request. I felt like I was well taken care of.Cons: Based on my experience, I feel that Enterprise on Marshall is not transparent about its billing practices.Here’s my story: I was informed by the repair shop that my car was ready at around 2 p.m., well into the work day. Since I wasn’t able to readily tear away from work, I decided I’d bring it in on Monday, when normal business operations resumed. Pretty normal, right? That was on a Friday.What I didn’t know was if I couldn’t bring it in that day, I was supposed to call them or else they would charge me. Mind you, this is my first experience with a rental car, and Enterprise hadn’t spent any real time going over their rental return policy.They charged me for Friday and also Saturday, when I didn’t even know they were open (I suppose I could’ve looked up their store hours, but a “by the way, we take rentals on Saturday” would’ve been appreciated). I finally was able to return the car on Tuesday, and they billed me for $150.If I had fully understood Enterprise’s rental return policy, I would have found a way to excuse myself from work (the sky is falling, my dog died, etc.) and returned my car immediately.Also, my car needed repairs because someone hit me from behind, so realistically I shouldn’t have paid anything. Add Enterprise’s bill to the $500 deductible I had to pay my insurance company for someone hitting MY CAR, and the whole mess been very stressful for me financially..Clearly, I could’ve done some homework here. But Enterprise really added insult to injury with this one. I learned my lesson, and I won’t be going back.

Once management changed, this location has gone down hill. I have a corporate account and have always been taken care of. No calls if no cars are available like before. If the system allows for a reservations, there should be a vehicle available. Upgrade if you need to. Location stated no cars available once I arrived, yet several cars sat in their parking lot.

I rent from this place once a month for work, I’ve always had a great experience. Staff is professional, cars are always clean. Beth and Evan delivered excellent customer service when I’ve been helped by them. 10/10 would recommend getting a rental from here!

Everyone here is so very friendly and helpful. Very easy process.I requested a Ford vehicle when I picked up and they washed and cleaned one for me.

I've had to spend a lot of time in a rental car recently, and everyone at this Enterprise center was very helpful throughout the process. The staff were all friendly and answered all of my many questions. I appreciated their care during a difficult period in helping me get back on the road!
