I went in to this location to pick up a vehicle while my car was in the body shop. I had a reservation for another location but the day before I made sure to transfer my reservation to this location. The lady at the counter honestly seemed like she would rather be somewhere else and I totally get it as a retail worker, however her attitude towards me was just unacceptable. She proceeds to tell me that my insurance had canceled my reservation somehow after hours and there was zero explanation as to why, because of this I was without a car for the entire weekend and had to find other ways to get to work. I get into contact with my adjuster and she tells me that the reservation is still very much active and would not be canceled unless it had been sitting for WEEKS. This interaction honestly just made me feel like the lady was simply not interested in helping me or she didn't believe that I actually had a reservation. Left an extremely sour taste in my mouth and I will probably not be back to this location again.

Mexican female refused to do rental exchange while having the car there and gave horrible customer service. The black lady was very sweet and tried to help but the Mexican lady told her no.I will never come back and tell everyone to stay away from this location!!!

I received great service from both Lenicia and Isaiah at the Potranco/ 1604 location. Lenecia called several locations to ensure our family had a rental van. Our van was in the repair shop at the time. Isaiah handled the vehicle return and was professional and attentive.

Enterprise is always very helpful. I went to the Potranco and 1604 location. Sometimes its tough getting the car you reserve but they will always work to get you in something at your reserved rate. Isiah Saenz was our assistant and provided great service.

Huge thanks to Tamara and Le Necia. I walked in seconds before they closed because the warranty company for my car took forever to get my confirmation number. They were both super helpful and got me taken care of. I really felt terrible because my rental forced them to stay after closing but they never gave the impression that they were trying to rush and be done with me. Even more, my warranty company kept having to extend my rental last minute and it was always seamless with no hiccups. You can't get that everywhere else. Huge thanks.

Le’Necia assisted me with checking in my rental. She was very funny and helpful! Overall good attitude and work ethic! Unluckily, I had 5 minutes before the shop closed without a ride to the repair shop where my car was located.. amazingly Juan, the store manager, took it within himself to provide the best service and drive me to the repair shop anyways! Incredible customer service and experience. If you are renting a vehicle through this location, you’re in great hands!

Had a reservation but could not get the rental due to a discrepancy with a cracked license . Even after I called the store directly and asked way in advance if this would be a problem. I was informed this would be okay with the license and temporary license along with other verification such as Social Security card. Long story short now I have a funeral to be to in two days and was denied by the Branch Manager and the Area Manager. This was just obsurd so I went to Avis Car rental and was helped immediately with the same situation and got the rental and I am on the road but no thank to Enterprise rental.Would give zero stars if possible.

Horrible. Made a reservation well in advance and they didn’t have a vehicle ready at the time of pick-up. They kept saying it would be “one more hour”…two hours passed and I had to call another enterprise to see if they had vehicles available. Rep at the store kept insisting that there were absolutely no vehicles at any stores. After calling several locations (myself), I was finally able to find a vehicle at another enterprise location and get my reservation transferred. Super inconvenient because now I will arrive at my destination much later than planned. Go somewhere else.

Arranged for a1/2 ton pickup truck with 2 days notice. Visited the site to ensure they had the vehicle in the morning and requested a pickup from home at 3pm. At 345, I was not picked up. I was calling the location since 3pm. Had to get a ride to the location because they did not have a record of my request. This was after I was told I was beyond the pickup limit. I had verified all of this in the morning when I visited the site. It is now 4.43 with still no vehicle, but I do have a charge of 550 for it.

Customer service is lacking. They did not have the vehicle I reserved and had very little interest in helping me secure a new vehicle. The representative that I dealt with at the store was unnecessarily rude. She treated me like I was stupid because I didn’t have all of their random policies and procedures memorized even though she hadn’t explained or disclosed them. I wish I got her name because management should reconsider having such a poor representation of their brand at this store. Lacked basic decency. Do better.

Great Service and quickly taken care of. Probably one of the easiest transactions that I’ve done with Enterprise. I got a call from the associate I think her name was “Kay”? She confirmed the time of pickup and location and answered any questions that I had. Once I got to the building it seemed pretty busy so I figured it was going to take a while to get situated. But I think I was in and out in less that 10min with no issues. Like I said before it was probably one of the easiest transactions that I’ve done with Enterprise.
