I was originally going to be scheduled with Hertz when my insurance switched me to Enterprise I did know if it would make a difference. Total game changer from day one - scheduling, customer service, concerns while renting, they were on top of everything! A++ at this location.

Excellent 5 STAR Experience! From the friendly early morning greeting to the car return everything was perfect. I was giving options to accommodate for my urgent needs. They picked out the perfect car for my rental. It was a nice new and super clean midsize the worked perfect for me. Great customer service from start to finish. #TeamEnterprise! This is the BEST Enterprise location in San Antonio. I rent cars for business travel frequently, and this location always has cars available maybe due larger inventory. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly, professional, and strive to make sure customer needs are met. My experience with Collin and Amber was fantastic, they really go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

I had a reservation and scheduled pick up, they have no cars in stock. They gave me a car with a cracked windshield from 1 group above my reserved vehicle and they are charging extra daily rate fee, even though it was on them that they didn't meet reservation contact.

I was in a tough situation, running late, and I needed a quick return and a transport to my final destination. This location had my back. The customer service was excellent, and they worked extremely fast to help me out. Really appreciate good customer service. I'll be back.

I got there late in the day and we had an issue with my card. The manager refused to wait till I get my card in order. She said to come back the next business day when I don’t need the car anymore. I don’t think it was an unreasonable request to wait a while. I’ve rented many times from them but I won’t after this.

Terrible service! I’ve been on hold for nearly an hour and still cant get ahold of a human. Last time I had to go here in person they took forever to help. Y’all need to hire more people!!! Completely unacceptable to have customers on hold for an hour. Wish I could give multiple zero stars.

This last experience by far has the been the worst experience I've ever had with this location. It's now going on a Month and have not yet received my MONEY for being overcharged. I was first told by a sales associate he confirmed my CC was to get credited. Didn't happen. After several failed attempts in getting a response to calls, VMs and TXT msgs, I then had to go in person to speak a supervisor, Andrea. Since then, I was told a check would have be sent to me, It's been over 2 weeks and still don't have my check. I requested a status on when my check was sent out on the 26th from Andrea, her response was, "I will let you know" till this day, I have no update or check. I then reached out to speak to Andrea's supervisor after she hung up on me, left a message for Amanda to call me on Friday the 2nd, did not get a call back. I then called again on Monday the 5th, and left another message for Amanda to call me with Andrea, since Andrea said she wasn't able to provide me with her email address. Still NO CALL, NO CHECK.... Will never use this location ever again.

horrible service both me and my dad have rented several cars from them but today I was told they wouldn't release the car because there policies changed since last month and they couldn't verify me even tho. I had no problem renting from them last month and the month before... apparently this location changed management and the whole staff is new... I don't recommend them at all anymore go to a different rental agency if possible this place is a joke and doesn't even deserve the one star but I can't give zero stars

Horrible experience, they are overcharging and not giving me a solution, I had the rental coverage as part of my claim , they made many mistakes by closing my rental tickets when I still had the car, insurance checks were cashed 3 times giving the total of 1500 with different ticket numbers , now they can't find the checks, insurance checks are cashed but they can't find them so they are charging me for the checks they can't find, the branch local manager told me he could get me the accountant email so that I can check with them. Still dealing with this problem, if you can choose a different rental company do so

Received van, no wiper fluid & tire that had to have air filled every day before use. When tire went completely empty it separated from wheel.See picture.

Made reservation and verified where and they going to pick me up, at the time of pickup they told me they will transfer my reservation to another location and another location didn’t have car available or my reservation.

Jan 2023. AJ was amazing and reminded me why I come back.The truth is my situation with Enterprise was semi-disastrous. AJ handled it! 100% AJ went the extra mile and fixed the situation. His customer service is Top-Notch!

The initial call was the only good part of this service. When I get into the office there is a lady on the phone who is obvious irritated with the customer on the other line. She doesn’t even acknowledge me or say welcome. She just continues her angry call.Then another lady comes from the back and I smile to which she ignores and says nothing. Then the lady on the phone stops her conversation to point out which customer was in front of me.At this point I’m annoyed because not a single person has welcomed or acknowledged my presence despite me bringing my business their way.Then the lady who just came from the back, still yet to acknowledge me helps the other customer.Once she’s done she then turns me, ask me for my info, no hi sorry for the wait, just last name.At this point I’m annoyed, I get the keys of the car, which smells like cat urine. It’s visibly dirty inside and out. This was very poor customer service. Highly disappointed.
