Good service! We were taken care of as soon as we walked in. They explained everything in detail and even gave us rides to and back from our hotel. Very nice people and great customer service!

I'm very sorry I went through enterprise to rent a car. I was not explained anything about there rental policy. I was charged over $200 when I drove the car off the lot. Then charged alere lack of keeping in most another $200 for a second driver, and the day I turned in the car I got charged another $152+. None of this was explained to me until I called them three times. I was only called by them til the car was checked back in, and then I was told I would have another charge of $152+ this was done 2hrs before I turned the car in. And none of this was told to me. They horrible communication skills, awith each other and me . Now I'm stuck with nothing in my account because of them not keeping me informed. This was the worst horrible communication and experience I've had. Never again, I would rather walk.

I had a lovely experience! Tracie Enriquez was very helpful, even giving me her card with her phone number if I had any questions during the weekend. Zachery Mullins checked the minivan when I came back, and was very nice. Both were professional, and made this a perfect experience.

Overall, the staff were efficient and accommodating.In my experience, their customer service is an example of empathy and fair; they maintain their policies, yet understand that people may be in rush and are in need, so there is humanity rather than indifference.

Charged me my deductible because of a tiny crack in windshield that was there before I got the car. I thought it was marked when I got it but only the dent was marked and not the tiny crack on windshield. $500 of mine gone. Sad because I rent from them 3 weeks a month at a time. Well you lost this customer. You should really get more help as it was very busy the day I got the vehicle cause then just maybe your employee would of marked that their was a tiny crack along with a dent in bumper. But only the dent was marked. Do you enjoy taking money from people when it wasn't them who caused it? $500 and probably just add the glue to fix it when it don't cost that much. But yet you got my money. I should of looked better at the paperwork but after waiting an hour till it was my turn all I cared about was leaving. And all your employee cared about was rushing thru to get the next one done so they could leave on time.

Incredibly slow! I made a reservation for a rental. Once I was helped at the counter, I waited 50 minutes before I was inspecting my rental to drive away. Their internet was down, but they had 2 iPads that were working to process payments. I was offered a RAV4…they were cleaning it before I could take it. 20 minutes later they told me they gave the RAV4 to another customer. They need better processes in place to get people in & on the road!

I love everyone at this location! I rent a car for work every Wednesday and return it every Friday. It’s been a challenging time in the education field for me and I’m not used to traveling this much at all but being helped on a weekly basis by Dominique and Rudy has made it look easier. Then there’s Daniel, Genie, and Roque they all work hard and great to get their customers in and out! The manager Marlene is so kind and always very energetic. Thank you so much enterprise team! I got almost half a school year down now I need 5 more months to go! I appreciate you all very much.??❤️

TL:DR Employee claims there are different rental policies if an individual rents out of pocket vs going through insurance. Rented a vehicle through my insurance on a Friday with the intention to return it on Monday. Due to insurance only paying for the lowest rate, I chose to upgrade the vehicle and pay the difference. On that Monday, I called to extend the rental to Wednesday. I was charged the same amount for the extended two days as I was for the initial three days. On Wednesday, I had to extend the rental for one more day. Upon inquiring as to why I was charged the same for each segment despite the difference in rental days, I was informed that there is a difference in rental policy between an individual renting and going through insurance. If an individual rents a vehicle, Monday to Wednesday would count as two days so long as the vehicle was returned prior to the initial rental hour and minute. However, if using insurance for the rental, Monday to Wednesday would be three days of rental. No disclosure (verbal or written) was ever provided. As a mater of fact, I was never provided the rental agreement. Not a text with a link or an email. I called Corporate and was informed there is no difference in policy and the location was mistaken. Sounds like someone there is either misinformed and made an honest mistake for an unknown amount of time and customers OR they intentionally know that they are scamming people.

Went to pick up a rental and it smelled absolutely horrible. The inside and outside were both filthy. Stains all over the seats. Do they not even clean them between rentals anymore? Management didn't even seem to care about the condition of the rental and seemed shocked that we refused to take it .
