Please Read Carefully!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. So unprofessional and waisted my time. Long story short. I got in car accident and insurance company from other party was providing a rental. Was suppose to pick up vehicle Saturday morning after calling Friday afternoon. Wake up Saturday and they say no vehicles available and would have to wait until Tuesday. Inconvenience. Also informed me to bring debit card and driver's license. Fast forward, January 23rd, Tuesday 8:30am...I get there and a Latino athletic guy with black hair tells me I need a credit card and my driver's license is out of state so there is nothing he could do for me. He was being sarcastic and rude the entire time. So I just politely left. Didn't want to entertain the negative energy. I would NEVER recommend Enterprise and definitely not this location even if it came with a 100% discount.

We had an amazing experience around a month ago with Angel! (Sorry for being late ?)My partner was in a car accident and we got set up for a car rental at this enterprise.Unfortunately they did not have any cars left for the price range the insurance would cover.They let us know we would be able to for sure get into a rental the next day but we wouldn’t have an easy time getting there due to only having the one car that was in the shop.Angel went above and beyond looking for options for us considering our circumstance.She let us know that we could get dropped off / picked up in order to get our rental the next day; that we could pay a small difference in order to get a car that might be available; and last but not least if we would be willing to wait to see if a drop off that was on the way would be dropped off. And it was!She was so kind, attentive of her phone to keep in touch with us over the vehicle getting returned, and made the process quick and simple.She was very transparent over cost and what protection packages we could get to which we did get.Angel is a manager in training at the time of our rental and she definitely knows what she is doing and deserves to be a manager if she isn’t one already.Thank you again Angel! ?

I had the greatest experience. La'Necia came and picked me up even when about to close. They had me checked in and on the road in 15 min. And my rental (Chrysler Pacifica) was perfect for my traveling needs. Enterprise will definitely have all my future service!

My insurance authorized me a large SUV and arranged for me to pick it up on Monday, September 11th, 2023. I was given a Volvo that was incredibly small and BROKEN. I don't care how Volvo classifies their vehicles....that was NOT an SUV, and it most certainly was not a LARGE SUV. In addition, I believe the alignment might have needed service because it shook very hard on the interstate. It had stains all over the seats and the touch screen was functioning intermittently at best. I tried calling over and over but no one answered so I physically drove over there on the morning of September 12, 2023.When I arrived, I was told they did not have anything for me in the class that Enterprise WAS PAID FOR, but they would put me in a Jeep Compass FOR NOW until something else came in. The touch screen did not work on that car either for the first day, but started working properly on its own later in the week.I did not receive one phone call at any point after that to switch the vehicle out before I dropped it off today, September 15, 2023. Not one person ever attempted to get me in the car that was PAID FOR.All of the employees I encountered were very professional, kind, and tried to be as helpful as possible, but they do not have the resources available to service all of your customers. I don't know why this has to be said, but: don't accept reservations if you don't have the vehicles to fill them. I understand the current market has significantly limited the amount of vehicles available, but that means Enterprise needs to adjust to the ever-changing market....not keep trying to pretend like you can fill the orders when you can't. I couldn't attend any of my conferences this week because I did not have the trunk space to haul my equipment....I PAY EXTRA FOR THE LARGE VEHICLE FOR A REASON.

I've had 4 separate interactions with this location. Three of those, I booked a car and was then not provided a car. Obviously I wouldn't go here when given the option, but our insurer recently booked a replacement vehicle for us from this location. Last night the radiator of said vehicle wouldn't turn off after we had it for 3 days and now the battery is dead. Getting someone on the phone to replace the vehicle is now proving to be impossible. If you're looking for a no fuss rental vehicle and peace of mind, this isn't your place. Maybe we're just unlucky, but as far as I can tell, this is the worst rental location in the world.

Not at all happy with this place, I had gotten into an accident and was hit by a young kid. His insurance did cover the rental car, but I had to request a bigger vehicle due to my construction business I have, and they did. This is where it’s gets pretty crazy, the rental car got stolen with thousands of dollars of work tools (power & hand) and of course I made a police report as soon as it happened. This enterprise never answers the phone, for some reason they answered my call quickly not even knowing what was going on, and they didn’t seem surprised at all about the stolen vehicle and my property and then started asking for my insurance information. According to police my neighborhood has had 3 of the same rental car thief, done the same way just blocks within this enterprise. I’m not sure but something shady is going on here… just beware with renting here, things really don’t seem right and they are trying to bill me for damages. I’m sure this is insurance fraud at this point. Highly disappointed.

Representatives were professional and informative, friendly and vehicles were immaculately clean. They took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle. Overall, a pleasant experience.

They were scheduled to deliver a car to my home on a Saturday. They did not, and told me I had to pick it up myself or wait until Monday when they had time. This was an insurance rental that was reserved. They left me stuck at home for two days. USAA should reconsider their arrangement with Enterprise.
