The guy that looks like Jesus, and the Jamaican-American guy were great to work with! Lost a star because the selection of cars was booboo. A bright blue compact crossover, a minivan, an f150 i couldn't afford... like isn't the point to try and entice customers into getting something when they're ready for a new car? Get normal cars people won't be embarrased driving around. I even got "a look" from a parent when i was picking my kids up from school. I know, they don't pay my bills, but still. Lowered my self esteem.

Overall, decent experience. When returning the car the 2 gentlemen working never got up from their desk. Told us from across the counter to drop keys in box and email would be sent to us. Not a good policy-they didn’t bother to go look at the car and close out our ticket. Not the customer service we’ve experienced in the past.

If I could give it a zero I would enterprise has become the worst place to rent a vehicle they make reservations and when you get there they have no vehicles twice they have done this why don't they give a refund to me for the Uber expenses I wasted oh no they don't worst place beware don't rent from enterprise they won't lift a finger to help but they will give you the finger

AC on my car died and courtesy of our warranty a rental was provided. Picked one up from Enterprise and could not have been happier. Travel often and use rentals frequently and without question this was the best experience I have had by far.The Branch Manager Andre S. was brilliant to work with and thanks to his customer service skills this location will be my #1 "Go To" for any future rentals.Seriously Mate it was a pleasure chatting with you. Was litterally discussing Building Brand Loyalty the day before at work and you are the perfect real life example of how to not only build it but keep it.

Horrible customer service! No one seems to know what’s going with charges I still have from 3 months ago! I’ve spoken to several people all have communicated with me that I would receive a refund and nada! I even escalated the issue with my bank and nothings been done! Justin is the manager but somehow never around to address any issues! Stay away from this place!

Stopped by the Ford dealer to have the check engine light checked. Two weeks just to look at it. I need my car and don't have two weeks to leave a car.

Had to so much trouble through enterprise whether it was an age requirement or insurance. They required $20 a day for an insurance claim. I don't recommend this company at all go with Hertz!

The location at 12300 San Pedro Avenue in San Antonio Texas is pretty good. The representative Richard is very helpful and courteous. Going to be my favorite location to go back to in the future

Won't ever use this enterprise. I felt like I was profiled. This place is horrible. They don't ever have to worry about me or anyone I know using this place.

Made a reservation online. Went before work to pick-up the car. I was using a debit card so the guy asked me to verify my address, it is correct on my drivers license, but he said he needed more. I showed him my insurance card with the correct address, he said he needed more. I showed him a phone bill with my correct address, he said that wouldn't work because it showed an amount due. The amount "due" isn't even due yet - it's just what I will need to pay before the end of the month. I told him he could bill my card any amount he wanted for the deposit - he refused and was very rude. I was late for work so I had an Uber take me to Budget Rental car where they had me in a car in 10 minutes with zero hassle and the car was cheaper. This branch is horrible - has totally soured me on enterprise - won't use them again there are plenty of other options and I travel alot! To quote the movie Pretty Woman "BIG MISTAKE, BIG, HUGE".
