Estes San Antonio transferred a critical $6000 medical device to Data Rush Logistics/Couriers last Wednesday. Have received 4 delay notices by text but there is no way to reach anyone at Data Rush, not even Estes Final Mile managers and company can reach Data Rush. Latest notice says 1 week for delivery. Pushing to have shipping payments stopped to Data Rush and stop Estes from using Data Rush.

The absolute work company. They are all liars and don't care about customer service at all. I can't believe Lowe's does any business with them. If you purchase any item and they tell you Estes is the shipping company, cancel your order and order somewhere else. My shipment arrived at terminal in my city on 8/11. They told me it was getting delivered that day, didn't happen. I called on 8/14 they said they accidentally sent to another city. On 8/15 it was rerouted to my city. I talked to them and they said it would be delivered 8/15, again never arrived. I called early on 8/16 told me they didn't know what I was talking about. Finally got ahold of someone at my city's terminal and she guaranteed would be delivered at 6p. They lied. I called and the office was closed so couldn't talk to anyone. She just told me 6p because she knew I couldn't call in when it didn't arrive because they are closed. The absolute worst company!!!!! If I could give them "0" I would!

5 pallets of flooring worth $1500 was supposed to be delivered 05/24, but received 2 different delivery dates from the company. When I finally got a real person on the phone, voicemails and texts were not returned, they said the truck broke down and rescheduled for 05/25. I received a text stating that my delivery window was 10:00-2:00 and that I would receive a text when they were on their way. When I got to the house at 10:00am, the pallets were sitting on the driveway in front of the garage. No text and delivered early so they didn’t have to put them where they were secure. We had to move 900lbs of flooring by hand into the garage. Rude customer service kept repeating that they weren’t obligated to notify customers when shipment was out for delivery and that she would be fine with having $1500 worth of merchandise left on her driveway with no one home and having to move it herself. Unhappy that I was lied to about texts and dealing with customer service agents with no common sense. Costco needs to stop using this company.

Been working with Estes Express for several years, excellent service, deliveries on time, and no damages. Irene in the Sat office is a pro, and the dispatch team always going the extra mile in service.

We followed an Estes driver from Vicksburg, Mississippi to Meridian, Mississippi on Thursday, April 6, 2023 in some really bad weather. It was comforting to follow his yellow truck. He was very careful, safe and courteous.

I was absolutely blown away with the excellent level of customer service and how helpful they were in loading the pallet I received onto my truck. I have had to go to other shipping locations in the past, and the staff at those other places were typically surly. This place made me feel welcome, and the guy working at the desk took great care of me, and we had an excellent chat with a few laughs even. That was an absolute first for me.If you are shipping something large to San Antonio or need a freight company that will treat your customers very well, I highly recommend this place! It earned a five star rating for the company I bought from on Ebay.

This company was not professional in many ways, One person helped me after days of calling because she could hear my frustration as well as confusion on how this could be happening. This wouldn’t be my first choice in freight company in fact it wouldn’t even be my last because I wouldn’t give them another dollar. But my last review was quite rude and I wanted to clear up the true issues at hand, no one took accountability, from pick up date I received over 25 days later in a random warehouse that they only found after multiple days of calling being misdirected as well as calling phone numbers that only ring with no voicemail. Voicemails left at COMPANY CONTACT NUMBER WENT UNANSWERED, I had to continuously call to get help when the customer should be priority. I think by sheer luck they are in business all I have to say is it’s a new year now and I hope they are trying to do better in a serious manner because plenty of companies are popping up everyday and someone could easily beat their prices and service without a doubt. Most likely if you’re seeing this it’s too late for you I’m sorry.

Estes delivered a large pool table to me today. The driver was awesome, the pallet was oversized, to large to be set normally on the lift. He figured it out, was able to turn it sideways, got it delivered in place, in excellent shape. Thank you so much!

Wish I could give them fewer than one star. Was told that I had to be at home for my delivery. Was given a window between 10am - 6 pm. Item was delivered and left in FRONT of my garage around 5:30 pm. Received a text stating that it had been delivered. The bathroom vanity weighs 3 times more than me! How exactly am I going to get this in my garage and why did I have to sit here and wait for it all day, if it can just be left without me signing for or approving delivery???? If you can avoid them, save yourself!!!!!(yes, I have a sign asking solicitors not to ring my doorbell or knock. deliveries are NOT a solicitation, especially if you have called me and I know you are delivering my item!)

I have been waiting a delivery of my washing machine, a voice mail was left so I returned the call and after being on hold for 21 minutes I’m automatically sent to voicemail. I’m a bit frustrating so I look up the facility and it shows yall are closed, if your closed don’t have a automated voice telling me I’m important and that a customer care rep will be right with me . No they won’t because your closed ?

TLDR: Avoid unless you hate yourself and want to do extra work to get your money back.If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered a vanity through Lowe's and the option to ship to store wasn't available. We purposely ordered a month before our remodel to ensure and extra two week barrier in case there were shipping delays. After three weeks we reached out to Estes to check the status of our package that kept getting pushed back with no definitive delivery date. When we emailed they told us that they attempted to deliver but our address wasn't coming up in their gps system...lie #1.Another week went by so we reached out to Lowe's who opened a support ticket. They told us Estes had three days to verify they had the vanity and give us a definitive delivery date. After two days, Lowe's reached back out to say Estes had tried to call us but we wouldn't answer...lie #2.We provided Lowe's with our email trail proving we had provided our full address, phone number, and email address and that they had verified they had all of our information.We called Estes to ask if we could pick up the package ourselves since the warehouse was only 15 minutes from our home. Went to pick it up today and, well, just look at the pictures.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Worst shipping company ever. Ordered displays needed for my store, shipped out a day later, and has been sitting in the Estes warehouse for three weeks now. By the way, paid over $130 for shipping. I call every day to get an update and get the same response every time. No updates except for one...that they lost my package...in their own warehouse. This is absolutley the worst shipping company ever. Reached out to customer support for assistance since the warehouse is of no help and still don't have a response. I'd be pretty embarrased if my company had a 3.5 star rating too.

Estes driver very unprofessional, left a $1000 pellets grill outside my front gate(it was open) on a busy highway. Friend of mine saw 2 guys looking at it and ran them off. He and his son loaded it up and brought it to me when I got home. Driver could have come 800’ further up to my house, but decided he would put it in position to be stolen. Will never recommend Estes to anyone for shipping needs.

If I could add five zeros i would. This place must be a front for something else. They were supposed to deliver a couter top for me, before thanksgiving, never came. Then we were hoping we could get it before christmas, never came. Up until January 14th never came. In between all this, we call mutiple times. The receptionist there are nice, but excuse after excuse after excuse. One day they said its on a truck for delivery, the next, they said it was in the warehouse and they didnt asigm it to a truck, next, they were going to make sure it got out the next day, next, they said it would be delivered before christmas, 22nd. Didnt come, next, Jan 3-4, didnt come. Next 10th-13th. Never came. I canceled it. If you are any BIG RETAILER i would not use them even personally. But as a warning for retailers, this was through home depot and it makes them just look bad as well. Luckily they had good customer service and are going through a different company. Stay away from ESTES!
