Its name does not appear in the mall directory and the store number can be confusing. Google Maps directions are a bit off, but the business is still there. The staff is friendly, nice, helpful, informative, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Service is great and quick. The conversion fee beats typical bank rates. Customers should plan to pay for parking, with the mall parking garage being the best option. It is advisable to call ahead to confirm the business has the desired currency on hand, to understand the fees, to learn when they take lunch, and to note accepted payment methods. They accept USA debit cards and cash, but not credit cards or Euro coins; it is strictly a paper bill only place. It can get busy during the holidays, so arriving early is recommended.

I visited these guys last year. Wanted to warn you guys that these guys don't take Euro coins. Strictly a paper bill only place. Can't really hold this against them since handling coins can be heavy.

Love this place although Google maps is a bit off It was moved within the building but its still their and the conversion fee beats my bank I'll be coming here on a regular basis and staff are nice no concerns their
