I will say kiera is all about customer serviceMy wife and I came into San Antonio for business and some fun. I wanted to splurge a little and surprise her, so Kiera found us a Maserati Quattroporte Sudan; it was beautiful. Her follow-up was the best with phone calls and through text.I highly recommend Kiera at San Antonio enterprise exotic car rental.

Do not rent a Tesla here. The car was 4 years old and Autopilot was completely disabled which means it did not have adaptive cruise control or lane centering. We almost crashed on the highway. We called Tesla roadside assistance and they said they could fix it easily with authorization from Enterprise. We informed Enterprise and requested authorization. They said they would, but didn’t so they lied. Also very difficult to reach on the phone.

Kiara kept in constant contact with me prior to arriving to pick up my vehicle. She actually met me at the airport as opposed to going to the off site location. I was given a Maserati Quattroporte S. Beautiful car! The rate was actually lower than the airport rates for full size and premium vehicles at that particular time. I will definitely use them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a complete joke and waste of time. First, the location listed on both Google and in the reservation CONFIRMATION EMAIL is incorrect. Their entire operation is now at the airport. Second, the phone number listed in both those goes to a voicemail box which is full. If you happen to wait long enough through the dozen rings to get to it. I spent the money to Uber to the original location and then another Uber back to the airport only to find out they had no cares available for my CONFIRMED reservation. I never got to speak to the manager of this operation. I was dealing with an Enterprise agent. I was told through this agent that they called me and left a voice message. I don't have a record but If they did, it was during my flight. So not only am I out $30 for the Ubder rides but I had to pay a higher price for a Jeep Wrangler versus a luxury car. Save yourself the money and trouble and don't use this business.
