I usually go to the location in Converse, however I was on the east side and decided to stop at this location. Because it was black Friday I called around 6pm to see it they were open and was given the hours and pulled up 5 minutes later. From the time I arrived everyone came out and immediately my car was in a bay. My oil was changed. My information was updated in the system, windshield washed added new windshield wipers got air in my tires and told about the coupons and discounts if you add your email. I have NEVER had customer service like this before as many times as I have gotten oil changes. I told the guys before I left they just won me over and I will travel to the Rigsby location from here forth. I know from the written review it may not seem like much, but its an experience you have to receive for yourself. Thank you guys for your kindness and your service.
