Shawna and cell were absolutely fabulous, they did everything we needed and caught the car up to date. They explained everything very thoroughly. Shawna is very knowledgeable about what’s going on, make sure not to doubt her abilities!

The new manager, AJ, and Damian were super cool and helpful!! They answered all of our questions and checked out some concerns we had. They were super funny and easily explained everything to us!! They’re great people & great at their job! Definitely go to this location!

The most abysmal experience I’ve ever had at any location I have had to go an oil change. They took 5 minutes to just get my info and type it into the computer. I felt so uneasy as they were “handling” my vehicle. They inspire no sense of confidence and made me question if they even knew what they were doing. This was the last straw for me for Take 5, but they certainly took the cake for worst experience ever. Don’t come here.

Went to this location 3x!! and they cant not put the right plug on. One guy was helpful but didn’t get the right plug and still leaked.
today the “manager” kid with glasses claims “autozone doesn’t sell oem plugs and we don’t have a account with ford” i searched up the plug right in front of him and he said “oh i can’t go get it cause im alone”. THEN 2 GUYS WALK OUT THE STORE TELLING ME TO REV MY MUSTANG!!
I told him i’d go get the plug and if he can’t top me off with oil since i’ve been leaking oil and he said no to call corporate. HE LIED TWICE! ABOUT THE PLUG NOT BEING SOLD AND ABOUT BEING THE ONLY PERSON AT THE SHOP

I had a really great experience the employees that day made sure everything was correct I just stopped in to see if someone could put air in my tire the supervisor took a extra step on making sure I got the correct air nitrogen or regular air because I had a certain type of top very informative and staff very knowledgeable

As I pulled into the drive a young man greeted me with an ice cold bottle of water. Even though I only wanted them to do the actual changing of the oil and filter as I brought my own special brand specifically for my vintage Mercedes Cabriolet, AJ (the manager) and his crew gave me outstanding service. Knowledgeable, competent and even equipped to work on European autos. Can't say enough good things about the place. Give them a try.
