Randall was super knowledgeable and quick. He noticed some upcoming can't needs as well. I went for a normal oil change. This location and its team, along with the assistant manager Randall, really took care of me.

I was promptly greeted and offered a bottle water, then I was guided through the inspection process, which was clearly explained to me before he began. The inspection itself was thorough, covering all aspects required by the state. The technician took extra care to check the safety features, and overall condition of the vehicle ensuring my car met all safety and legal standards.

The gentleman here is kind and respectful. Every time I come here I don't feel pressured to have to buy or have something done to my car. Overall for an anxiety ridden home body. This is a great location to go to.

Would not recommend them for state inspection there tint reader is not accurate they say that I have 13% when I don't I have the legal 25% so I would recommend go someplace else if you want to pass.

Went to get my oil changed and Juan took really good care of me, he changed my air filters which were very dirty, he's really good at what he do, I will be going back and I've already told some friends to make sure they ask for Juan, 10 stars if I could

this place overcharged me. they charged me $50 for an air filter that i could easily get at walmart. also, did not mention the price of this until
after i paid. they charged me $20 each for wind sheild wipers. i’m not sure if he made a mistake with that but this was more expensive than i normally pay for at an oil change place. i felt like i was taken advantage of :( will not be coming back

I visited this location in 9/8/2024 where they stated they do not have economy oil. The said that they ran out at 10am.. when I went to the other location on Fredericksburg they stated that Take5 is no longer stocking this product regularly due to the needs of synthetic is higher.. this is very ridiculous and unsure if this is true or they didn’t want to do the work.. when I asked the person if they had it available he peeked around the corner and said no.. I don’t know he was able to know by peeking around the corner but okay.
