Great service. So friendly. Offered me bottled water while I was waiting. Kept me informed about everything they were doing. Would definitely recommend going there. And I will definitely be back.

I had a very good service the first time I went to 5 oil, which prompted me to try them again, but I took more than an hour to get a simple oil change. Plus, the guy asked me if my car was a fleet car and joked about it with his colleague as if I couldn't afford my car. It was very hurtful and unprofessional.

In the bay for over 15 minutes, finally left because changing my oil was not a priority for the guys working there. Eating and walking around doing nothing was what was important. Went to valvoline and got good quick service. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.

Pulled up to an empty parking lot with a few cars in the bay. Didn't think it would be long but ended up waiting over an hour. I thought I would have time (1.5 hours) before I had to leave for an appointment. Instead, I had to leave without getting my oil changed. I tried to get my oil changed here a few weeks ago and waited about about 30 minutes for them to tell me they were out of the oil I needed. 3 stars because at least the techs were professional but there are lots of places to get oil changed and I am not going back for a 3rd time on this same change.

Buyer Beware
The service technicians were Christopher and John and I believe it was John That removed the oil cap from my vehicle and came over and told me that I needed to go up on the oil weight because the cap was hot
I looked at him and said WHAT? Are you kidding me? He then said that he does not make any money or have a bonus or anything given to him because he sells a higher product. Not sure if that’s necessarily true either but OK.
He asked me if my vehicle was FW or RW drive, then again suggested the Premium synthetic oil. I asked him to please keep it as it is stated by the manufacturer.
Upon completion he handed me my printout and on the service checklist, the last one says windshield cleaned and tires checked while the windshield hadn’t been cleaned yet although it did get cleaned if that’s what we wanna call it. But when I asked him about the tire pressure he said the other gentleman and says hurry up and get this one out of here
I have done business with them for 20 years I’ve had a business where I had a fleet of vehicles that went through and other than one incident with them I have always been happy with the service This is a different location, but it doesn’t excuse the fact that they’re trying to sell me something that I don’t need

The credit card machine wasn't working. They only were accepting cash. I don't usually carry cash anymore. I had to leave.

over tightened my filter which stripped it so now i have to pay even more to go get it fixed plus the fact i still have to get my oil changed.

Wow wow wow! Totally impressed with the level of customer service here. Not only were the two gentlemen great with us (their customer’s), but they knew their stuff too! Wouldn’t be surprised if the manager, Diego is running the place soon. Associate, Ralph was very down to earth and either was easy to see he enjoyed his job. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here in the future.
