T greeted me with a smile and handshake. He offered me water and explained the process. He showed me how to access the cabin filter, ultimately helping me to save money. He also assisted me in deleting the oil change recommendation code and others once they have been addressed. T was very kind and professional. In my opinion, He went above and beyond his job description. T has made me a Take 5 customer. Thank you T for making my day better.

9 Dec 2025…Awesome service. I trust this establishment. I was out in under 30 mins. They show proof the oil is clear and clean. My tire lights were on they helped me get all the way right before I left their bay. 10/10

This was my spot for quick oil change, today Dec 1st 2025, around 5 PM there were three employees but just one actually working, the other two were inside. Thus, after waiting about 40 min I decided to leave... The messages here about to contact the shop manager are useless too. Nobody pick the phone. 5 min. on hold and no response. Sad that the location fall short in customer service.

Terrence at Take 5 went way beyond what I expect for customer service. Very cordial, respectful, and above all honest. If he's not in management, he should be. Great place. What keeps me coming back.

Didn’t take long. Service was good . Prices are ridiculous though … Air filter $49.99 cabin filter $39.99 on top of an oil change that was $100 😱. Freaking crazy expensive. That was my experience with you guys .

My go to ever since I moved to SA. Every experience I’ve had here has been nothing less than perfect. I forgot to get my guys name but he was great!! So polite and understanding when I expressed my RBF was from feeling a bit under the weather and not trying to be rude- he still took his time to gently show me and explain what was being done to my car.
Edit: lowered my rating because I was told my windshield wiper fluid was refilled and today realized it’s empty and nothing was actually done. I was in big need of it in the middle of a 3 hour road trip when I realized he lied to me. Very disappointed and definitely miss the old manager. Probably won’t be back to this location as there is a closer one to my place and I was only loyal to this one bc of the professionalism which is now lacking.

Went in for oil change, whole job took bout 15 min, employees were very friendly and explained every step they did, would recommend to everyone
