I’ve been using Take 5 for all of my vehicles for the last couple of years now, and I’ve always been more than satisfied with the quality service they’ve provided.

The manager and assistant manager were very professional. One of the female employees was unprofessional, rude, and abrupt. I pulled into Take 5 to have my oil changed, which I had been to the same location for five years. The girl with attitude proceeded to tell me that Take 5 had been sued because of a plastic pan on the Nissan Rogue. First of all I have a Murano and had a metal pan. She refused to service me and called her manager which he proceeded to tell her they would have to just drain the oil differently. Second of all, she immediately assumed I had a plastic pan and told me she could not do the service on my car. I refused to let her touch my car and another female employee very professional apologized for her coworker and had the assistant manager take care of my car. The pan was actually metal. This whole confrontation could’ have been avoided if she would have looked at the car before stating she could not help me. It definitely gives me pause to go somewhere else in the future, even though I have loyalty of five years with Take 5. I have never had a problem with this location. Everyone has always been professional and really nice. I do not want to start my day at 10 o’clock in the morning like this. The manager and assistant manager are aware of her curt, rude behavior and apologized and said they were working on her attitude. If they are working on her attitude, obviously they have had problems with her in the past. She had attitude before I even pulled in the stall. Rolled her eyes. Thank you for addressing this matter.

John was very helpful. He went above and beyond his job for me. He explained to me why my car was so loud, and referred me to a place that could fix it. Thank you John for your excellent, and professional work. Its hard to find good, and respectful workers like that anymore.

Absolutely worst service today to get an inspection. Rather than completing one vehicle then moving to the next. We were forced to wait for inspector to complete multiple inspection before giving paperwork to leave. Worst efficiency process ever. Complete work as you goes keeps vehicles moving.

This team took great care of me!! I knew I needed to get all of this done but never can find the time. I stopped on my way to work. I was taken care of in under 15 minutes as the first customer of the day. John the manager and his team changed my filters, filled my wiper fluid and got my oil changed. Great customer service and a hard working team here!

My wife and I have been coming to this location for five years. Last year they failed inspection on my wife car because of wipers even though they were working fine and tried to over charge for them. And guess what I went to this location by getting new wipers and I was failed for my inspection saying that my tint was over the limit. So you never had any issues with my tint being the same for 5 years and inspection would be illegal in couple months saying that this is a new crew BS. So the inspection in the state of TX is going away in 2 months, you never had a problem with tint in the past 5 yrs and now you failed inspection test for this?! Such BS. It was an awful experience. Wish I had a chance to give 0 stars.

I visited today for an oil change and the service was great. The shop manager made sure I left the garage satisfied. I will be back for my next oil change.

Staff is rude. Failing people for a safety check when we lived in Texas with the same car for 5 years talking about your dark tints are illegal! Safety inspection goes away Jan 2025. Go anywhere else besides here if you want a smooth experience before safety inspections go away.

I’ve been to several other oil changing stores. This one is the only one that I will go to from now on friendly people great service never had to wait for more than 30 minutes.
