I was greeted kindly with a bottle of water and I'm glad it wasn't a hot day. There was only 2 people in the whole shop running 2 bays . Wait times are long but the up side is they are thorough and polite.

Ethan was the representative. He was very very knowledgeable and a true professional. His level of Professionalism was that of a seasoned person. I learned more from him than any other time while having my car taken care of. Ethan explained in depth, and at a level that I could easily understand. Ethan is a very valuable asset to Take 5 Oil Change. When you deal with a large business and have a person of this caliber be the face of the business, the business is seen as a top professional business.

Low rating because of failure to answer and have a phone that isn't forwarded to A FULL VOICEMAIL! Ended in A WASTED TRIP at 7:20-ish PM for a state inspection renewal sticker (the designated team member is there from 8 to 4 because of lack of transportation; (as told by the on duty leader of 4) will be more subjective to the location I select to visit in the future .

Fast service for oil change. Very professional employees. Will come back again when I need another oil change. 10/25 went back and they ended up over torquing the drain plug to where the crush washer was stuck on the threads of the bolt causing it to leak.

Took my car here, got overcharged for an oil change and they literally cracked my radiator in the process. I currently don’t have a working vehicle and I’m sitting at home waiting for an insurance claim for the past 2 weeks now.

Went to get my oil changed and the guy upsold me on also getting a coolant flush. I went ahead with both services and the next day I woke up to coolant all over my driveway. I took my vehicle back up there and the manager said it was probably due to when they did the coolant flush they didn’t release the pressure properly or something so he filed a claim to have the repairs done for me. Once I followed through with what they needed for the claim and had my vehicle at a repair shop they denied my claim and refused to pay for the repairs. The crazy part is it was denied they said “because on the diagnostic it stated the damage came from prior cause” which was totally false! I kept trying to reach the claims adjuster and they refused to respond or reopen the claim. I ended having to pay for the repairs myself along with a rental for almost a month while they drug their feet to review the claim. I will NEVER go back there and suggest you don’t either!
