I had gone in for an oil change and was quickly told that I needed a radiator fluid flush. The total was $273.27. While being serviced I stayed in the car with my son and aked why the service seemed so exspensive. The man servicing my car stated I was paying for the full service convenience. I would have been happy with that response had I actually received the service listed on the checklist receipt. At no time did I see him fill my washer fluid, check my tires, clean my windshield, or check my wiper blades. These things would have been visibly noticeable. Yet all these services were marked as "checked, ok, or serviced." Which makes me question if they had provided the other services listed. My son and I remained in the car the entire time and never saw the services provided. I did reach out two times in hopes that someone would contact me back to explain, but recieved no call back and it has been over three weeks. Very disappointed in false service provided and will not be returning due to lack of trust now.

The gentleman who changed my oil were very nice, the service was fast. The gentleman were professional, and I was able to use a coupon. I just wish the price was better. It was very expensive.

Not fast or friendly like the ad states. Should say slow and rude but if all the other oil change places are full, at least you get your oil changed, last resort.

Service was fast and easy. I usually like to change my own oil to save on costs. The prices were reasonable with a coupon. Staff was chill and laid back which is always a plus to going somewhere new.
