I don’t remember my technicians name but he was really sweet and outgoing, he was talking about how he was just promoted and I can see why! They were super welcoming and excited when I pulled in and my technician went out of his way to replace my in cabin filter. I’m not sure it was ever replaced and he made sure to get it done even though it took extra steps to get it out. These guys worked fast and did a great job

Went to get an oil change. Had a little wait but the associates acknowledge me all the while. I felt good with the price and the workmanship of the job. I will be back when I'm due for the next one.

Stopped in about 7:30pm ., I take my car religiously to u guys even before the due date due to me running my car hard.. this evening the staff seemed to be bothered by my stopping in .. this is the first time I have ever felt unwelcomed at ur store

Oil change was fast, but the guys did not check my air pressure. Also I was told by one of the team that whoever did my oil change last did not put all the bolts back and some of the bolts were broken. Take 5 has done my last several oil changes. I’m pretty disappointed.

Very nice friendly people that work there very affectionate and affordable even gave me coupons and discounts and was a quick and easy service 100% recommend going here for oil changes and air filters and they said they can even put in other parts on year car if you buy them they will put it in for free of charge! Never going to another place again

Updated review:
My skid plate went missing, so I back-tracked everywhere it could have happened: here, a local car wash, and my dealership. Every place except this location was able to provide video proof confirming the part was intact prior to when it went missing.
When I returned here, the response I received was confusing and unprofessional. A supervisor named Mike said, “Well, we have some bad ducks and parts go missing.” When I questioned that comment, he immediately tried to take it back and told me to come back the next morning to speak with the manager.
After several calls, I finally reached the manager, Charles. Instead of simply denying responsibility, he offered to “help me find a replacement cover.” This struck me as odd, no business offers to replace a $300 car part unless they believe they may be at fault. He said he would follow up with me after looking into it, but I never heard from him again.
At that point, I decided not to pursue it further. Instead i'm sharing this experience to help future customers: CHECK your vehicle thoroughly as soon as you exit the bay and make sure all parts are still in place.

This is by far the best place in San Antonio for a quick oil change. The service technicians consistently provide excellent customer service, offering clear explanations and being very thorough with the work they do. I appreciate that even though the service is quick, they never rush it. On my most recent visit, Mel helped me out and was superb.
