The staff was friendly. When i checked out, I asked the cashier if there were any coupons. She said “no” & gave me a coupon I could start using on 11/29. I got home, I had coupons that started 11/27. Called the store, explained the situation. She told me to hold on, I’m assuming she was going to ask the manager. Another employee picked up, which I’m sure was the store manager. She asked some questions, I answered them and was told I could bring my merchandise for a price adjustment. I asked for her name, politely, so I could reference her when I went for the price adjustment and she told me “YOU DON’T NEED TO KNOW THAT”….. WOW….I said ok, thank you & I hung up. I’ve NEVER been told that before. WOW. I’m just going to return everything and will NEVER shop EXPRESS again! ( and she’s hiring for the holidays. You don’t want to work with someone who speaks to her customers like that)

They have a perfect service. The guy name Estevan he is very very nice and friendly. He is willing to help me and some other clients in same time. This made me very very happy . He is a professional guy. The Express store has an excellent employee . Thanks Estevan ??

I felt the side looks from the staff and wasnt helped at all. I didnt appreciate them at all and ended up not buying anything. Instead i went to the express at the la cantera which is way nicer.
