Raul at Extra Space Storage is a phenomenal leader! The company as a whole and staff here have been easy to talk to, kind, flexible and professional. This is my 2nd time working with Extra Space Storage even a different location, but they always exceed my expectations and I have comfort and peace of mind. I was able to take advantage of their 1 month free promotion which helped because I had to move in quickly and move twice before getting settled into my permanent residence. Extra Space will continue to be be my go to storage facility! ❤️

This is my second tour using this storage facility and I never had any problems. This last time I was lured in with a really great promo rate that lasted only a couple of months then they increased rent significantly. As of recently the climate controlled unit I pay for with a much higher rent is no longer climate controlled. Extreme high temps have now ruined my things and there was no communication sent to customers to let us know they were not going to have climate controlled anymore. I would not recommend this place. Very much feels like a bait and switch.

What is going on with the AC? It is like a sauna in there!!! It was like that over a month ago and thought the A/C maybe broken and then we come back over a month later name it still hasn’t been fixed? Where is the facility manager?
It is extremely hot, we started sweating as soon we went in there and it was extremely hard to work on our unit.
This is promised climate control provided under contract.
