Extra Space Storage (Bandera location) was one of the nicest facilities I’ve ever seen for storage! It is clean, well lit, secure, and temperature controlled.
Juan Gomez was wonderful to work with and made my experience worth while. I’d 100% rent with them again.

I’ve had a great experience at Extra Space Storage!
Juan, the manager at the storage facility has been super helpful and very accommodating during the move-in and my current move-out process. From the beginning till the end, it has been a great experience. I’ll be leaving shortly but will definitely recommend this storage place or may be back in the future. It is always super clean and never had any issues with the unit. Juan is a very important asset to this company due to his great customer service!

I have used Extra Space Storage time & time again. Every time I need a Storage space, I always return to the same location. It's always clean, I've never had a problem with pests & the manager Juan Gomez is very helpful. He goes above & beyond to always help his customers in any way needed. I truly hope this company knows what a great asset he is!! I'm sure I speak for many other customers when I say I cannot express how much I appreciate him for always taking the time to make sure everything is taken care of. The only downfall unfortunately is the crazy increase in prices every few months & the lack of carts. You would think that the longer you keep your Storage unit, they would give you a break & drop the price but instead it keeps getting higher & higher. If those things would change, this place would be perfect!!!!
