Poor management and safety concerns.!!
This location is constantly “closed for 30 minutes,” no matter what time of day you go. The employee locks the front door with customers still inside....and won’t let anyone in or out until she’s done checking everyone out.
That’s not just inconvenient—it’s a serious fire and safety hazard !
It feels like the assistant Manager working here is overwhelmed or simply not trained properly to handle the flow of customers. Everyone who comes in seems frustrated, and honestly, I get it. This is exactly why customers come off as rude. because basic service isn’t being met.
Bathrooms are “always closed,” most of the machines don’t work. . If you can’t manage a shift without locking everything down, maybe it’s time to reevaluate staffing or training at this Location. @exxon
Management needs to step in and fix this—quickly.💯💯

“Closed for cleaning” no one is cleaning, and I’ve had other issues with this store. I needed gas and have to go inside, but no one wants to work anymore. May as well just close this store down.

Another Exxon that does not have receipts at the Pump. It is rare now that Exxon has receipts at the pumps. It is a pain to go in store. I need receipts to get reimbursed.
