No gas at any of the pumps. 3-16-25 Happens every so often. T he coffee has been sitting there since last night. The coffee grinder then serves fresh coffee machine needs an automatic cleaning.!! They just brush me off and say yeah it's not working. Like always. I haven't stopped at this store for over a month, even tho I live a couple of blocks away. But no, it never gets better.

I walked in here to use the restroom and it was very disgusting in there. There where flies in there and of course the last person who used it did not flush. It did look like it was not cleaned all day. Really need to get on these employees to do there jobs. Unfortunately that is one of there jobs to do.

Usually go in to put gas every two weeks. There never is receipt paper at the pump. I went in to get my receipt and to play 3 play slips for the lottery. I had a winning ticket that I also handed the young lady. She returned and told me how much I owed and I asked her about the winning ticket. She tells me that I didn't hand her any ticket. I asked her to put all the tickets on the counter and the play slips. I pointed out to her the winning ticket that she was attempting to charge me for. I had my wallet out in front of me and had pulled out the money that I already knew I was going to pay. She proceeded to put my play slips and tickets to the side and went and scanned my winning ticket. She handed me my winnings and then 2 seconds later told me how much I owed her. I have never seen such an incompetent clerk in my life. I had no intention of running off with my slips or tickets without paying. Her actions implied that I was going to do something shady. I never once said anything to her about how she handled the transaction. I feel she was trying to pull one over on me by not scanning my winning ticket from the get go. Watch your transactions people when doing business here. It was evident that she didn't like that I caught her mishandling of this transaction. I won't ever purchase lottery tickets here again. BE WARNED!!

Once again no receipt from the pump. Why is this so hard. Some of us need receipts for work and tax records. Why should I have to go in store and wait in line to get a receipt. What if I came to put gas after the store was closed. QT always has receipts at the pump.
