Ms. Grace provided superior customer service regarding my storage. She took the time to explain the storage process and how to transfer units. I especially liked how she shared tips for managing teenager temperament changes.

I had a great experience at this storage facility. Grace was the first person I spoke with over the phone, and she was friendly and knowledgeable, providing me with unit availability. We decided to sign up online for a unit, and within seconds of securing the size we wanted, I received a confirmation call from Grace along with follow-up emails from Extra Space Storage. That kind of quick , clear communication really stood out.
When I stopped by the next day, Rachel helped me in person. She was welcoming and attentive, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was set up smoothly.
On move-in day, I let Grace know I had movers arriving, and shortly after I left, she went above and beyond by meeting them outside to explain the easiest way to exit the property. She gave clear directions so they could navigate without issue, which showed me how much she cared about making the entire process seamless.
The facility itself is excellent—clean office, spotless unit, and freshly repaved grounds that made moving in that much easier. Overall, the staff and property exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this location.
