I came In this location multiple times with no problems until today I took Out a loan for $49 on a ring came back to try and purchase the ring I lost In which they had it priced for double! They said they were willing to work with me and went down $6 from the original price. The lady said they had to make money. Yes maam don’t we all you made money off my loan and my extensions and I was A day late and they put it on the floor for double or nothing! Please stay away from this ez pawn for a customer that came here frequently I’m very disappointed in the customer service today.

Aaron the store manager did everything accept said I stole the pretty much clean Brad nailer except the case is dirty and asked if I had the sales receipt from 2 plus years ago. It looked to good to be used. Hint. If you take care of power tools they last longer.

Yesterday I had the worst experience at this place, young short chubby lady gave me a price for a gold metal she said 140 with tax and I said deal then at the register tried to change me tax which I refused and she doesn't even know how what plus tax means, really dissatisfied.
She didn't want to honor the deal and told me have a good day.

The crew that works here are very hard workers outstanding performance Aaron is top number one very good manager this is the only store I go to to get the best deals. The staff is wonderful, friendly, nice and outstanding.
