I was visiting from out of town and I stopped by this pawn shop in hopes to find a good deal not really having anything in particular in mind.
I found a great deal on an item. The associate help me test the item and answered the many questions that I had. The store was fairly busy since it was Christmas Eve but the staff was very attentive and store was very organized and clean. I was very impressed with Jay the associate that assisted me. She was very enthusiastic and quickly handled my transaction with ease. I will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.

Worst EZ Pawn ever!! Do not waste your time going here!! Go to any other pawn shop!! I had a pair 1 carat 14k white gold solitaire diamond earrings and they offered me $275!!! This store is a joke

This store has been super helpful for years. Jay specifically helped me track down and old pawn and always gets the best deals for me. I’d give 10 stars if that was an option.

I used to love this shop. Y'all seriously need more people working at any given time. I'm standing in line right now and I've seen people behind me just leave.

Take note, corporate. This is how customer loyalty is won. Everyone on staff is empathetic, charismatic, and prompt at communicating deadlines. Jay is amazing, Christian is hilarious, and Jessica is running a tight ship for y’all while still being an absolute sweetheart. I hadn’t used a pawn shop in years and this location has now retained my business for anything I decide to part with.

Rob will rip you off!!do not go there go anywhere else. I took a close to brand new Dewalt drill that I had the receipt that I bought it for 179 less than a month ago. He wasn’t even helping me but told the girl that was that you can get the whole set drill, battery and charger at Home Depot for 99 dollars and they can do 35.00. He had know idea what model or what it was. I said bs and told him I was going right now to Home Depot. When I got to Home Depot and it was tool only for 179. I did file a complaint with them about him giving false promotions. He will give you 35-45 for an item and say it’s at Home Depot for 99.00. He has done this many times. Just acts like one of those know it alls. I’m sure his coworkers hate him and the manager just lets him get away with flat out lies. It’s one to say we can do 35 not make up some price that they have right now. when I said I was going straight over there said nothing. I’m sure he does it so he can turn right around and buy it

10/10 Pawn Shop. It was my first time at this place, but I've been to many a pawn shop in my lifetime. This time I went to get a loan and just in general dreading the experience of having to go through the process. This place was totally different. The folks that work in there are kind, they took their time appraising my items for loan. The environment is not like other shops by that I mean the folks in there were just talking to each other and customers and the environment was relaxed. They seem like they enjoy what they do, and are really knowledgeable about the products that they have. I arrived with a gas tank on E just hoping to get a quick loan. I ended up leaving in a much better mood, got to look at the treasures they have up (small shop, but a good variety of things) and even put an acoustic guitar on layaway for when my check hits- thanks to my guy Marcos who talked about instruments with me while helping me with my loan. 10/10 Marcos was the absolute best. I Highly recommend this shop and these folks for helping you with whatever you need here :).
