Had to wait in line to ask for a price and eventually just left the line after about 15 minutes. They only had two people working on a busy Saturday. They have a great selection of stuff but you can't even buy anything. Took my business to the another one of many pawn shops on military.

Called to request information and Melissa had the worst customer service, she wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and told me she was too busy to handle what I needed. Very poor service and communication, she had an attitude as if it’s not her job to help.

Been coming to this pawnshop for years. Margaret and all the team has been very friendly and helpful every time I come in to make a purchase or even when I have to pawn something. Good service. Definitely will continue to come and recommend to others.
