I've been banking with Falcon Bank since they opened their Stone Oak branch over fifteen years ago. Their service is always polite, professional and punctual. I must wonder if some , perhaps even all, of the low reviews are manifestations of unrealistic expectations arising from the reviewers failed to familiarize themselves with the bank's policies and procedures. We do seem to live in a world of unlimited entitlements. More often than not we are treated with the same respect and dignity with which we treat others. Demanding cordiality while fostering an attitude of angst is a fool's folly. My years partnering with Falcon bank exemplifies a rapport I value so much more than just good banking.

We have continually used this bank for some of our business needs. The staff tries their best to accommodate us even when the task goes out from their usual work.

I would give this bank zero stars if I could! We recently moved to San Antonio and I opened an account at Falcon Bank because I needed a place to cash checks from our previous out-of-state bank, and Falcon was close to our new residence. Even with an account there and excellent credit, not only would they not cash a check for me, but I had to wait in line an unreasonable amount of time while a woman behind the counter was on the computer. When she finally waited on me she was not at all friendly or helpful. I ended up closing my account one week after I opened it. I opened an account at another bank - no more trouble cashing checks and I am very happy with their service!!

I have mixed feelings about this location. The inside is super nice but the staff....well they can use some extra cross training. I came in to open an account today. What I figured would have taken 30-45 minutes to do ended up being an hour and a half. I appreciate the fact that the person who started to help me in the beginning acknowledged the fact that the role she was doing was outside of her normal duties and that she was unsure of some of the items. There were some documentation pieces that I wanted to have changed and if it wasn't for the second person stepping in to take over I don't think they would have happened. I would have been really upset if that would have been the outcome. I was a little annoyed also as I had to provide all the details and information I gave to the first person all over again to the second person so they could reenter it into the system. I guess both the bank and I weren't having too great of a morning. They were running a special on a regular checking acct with a nice interest rate. I opted for that but some of the requirements are a bit absurd in order to keep the rate but we'll see how it goes. I'm hoping that things end up working out in the end for both of us.

Don't believe them said no charge for savings account then took money out I called they said to come in I went there only window open would not help me I switched to Texas Comunity up the street when they say free it is

They say the close at 1 on the weekend both times i have been there before one and they are closed. Spend a hour on the bus for nothing.
