I went into this store on Rigsby and Roland here in San Antonio TX and it was hot. The a/c is not working. The stocker that was working there was rude and had a bad attitude also. I asked for the manager and was told she was busy as usual. The manager is always busy in the office or busy in the back of the store. She is never seen on the floor. This store is trash and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

The absolute worst customer service EVER!!!!! Irate manager who refuses to give you a refund when you have a receipt because she is in kahoots with her terrible sales associate who likes to fight or be rude actually beyond rude to children!!!?This means you Antonia Adderley ??, and your supposed unnamed manager walking around only in a red shirt with no name tag or anything to say who she is and she could have been posing as a manager for all we know

Just purchased this today, 09/22/2022. This expired almost 5 MONTHS ago!!! I will no longer shop here, but if you do, make sure to check expiration dates, because the employees sure don’t.

Tonight's closing manager and cashier both need to stick to stocking until they have skills and attitude to interact with customers. Cashier was slow; ringing items,witted. Manager was hostile, rude as well as unkempt. Obviously they are new to the store. Because until tonight All this stores employees have been kind, courteous, helpful and efficient.

Don't get me wrong this is a good family neighborhood store my only concern is why don't they hire more employees especially to help close I've seen a cashier greet people, run the registrater while stock selfs for cheap pay. It's the 21st. Century Family Dollar. They make more than enough money to raise the minimum wage pay already and hire more employees.
