Amazing team! I called on Tuesday afternoon trying to get an appointment for anytime and they were able to get me in next day. Staff was extremely kind and explained everything to me with no hesitation. The Doctor was wonderful, made me feel welcome and was so kind and patient as I was trying to read the letters. Even making sure I had a ride after my dialation. This was my first time here but have already let everyone know that this place is where you need to go! In and out too which is always a plus! Thank y’all again for the wonderful staff y’all have!

I have received and eye exam and fitted for prescription glasses for two years from Family Eye Care on Blanco Rd. I chose this place since my previous optometrist retired and closed their business. I received and eye exam and was fitted for glasses. By the end of the first year, the glasses were covered with small scratches and were difficult to look through, like looking through haze. I was puzzled at this since all previous prescription glasses I own are perfectly clear, and I have not changed how I use and treat any of my glasses. I was told by Family Eye Care that it had been over a year since I had recieved the glasses, and that the company they use has a one year warranty. They could replace the lenses for $150. I said ok, I understand and declined.A few months ago I received a new eye exam and ordered a new pair of glasses from Family Eye Care. The new pair had a very obvious visual defect in one of the lenses, I pointed that out and two weeks later had a corrected pair of new glasses. Not sure how that got past their quality control. Within two months, the glasses were covered with small scratches, making it difficult to see through. Again, this is with normal daily use. I have prescription glasses that are 5 years old and are perfectly clear, no scratches, with the same options of anti-reflective coating. My best guess is that the anti-reflective coating they use is very soft and scratches easily, ot they don't know what they're doing when they apply it. I took the glasses back to Family Eye Care and was told there was nothing they could do since I had declined the warranty. My argument was that I had recieved a poorly made product, if I had chosen to pay for the warranty, they would have replaced the glasses, only for me to have to return two months later with scratched up glasses, and then again, over and over, till the one year warranty is up. The person talking to me was cordial, but would only say that they could replace the glasses but it would cost me $150! This place produces inferior, poorly made eyeglasses, and wil not listen to, what I think, is a reasonable complaint, but fully willing to charge me extra $. I'm disappointed because I believe in supporting locally owned businesses, vs chain eyeglass retailers. I will not ever return here.

The front office was great! Dr. Rosillo is attentive and through , I didn’t feel rushed at all. Seems like genuine care for their patients is something they make a priority.

Dr. Rosillo She is awesome my anxiety was at ease after the blessing results. Everyone did a fantastic job. I 100% recommend you come here. They all calm me down from being scared and I finally felt welcome and at ease and they treat you like family. God bless them.

All of the staff at Family Eye Care are fantastic! I had to bring in my 4 and 6 year old boys (which is always an adventure haha), and everyone was so patient and accommodating. Dr. Rosillo is very knowledgeable and I just love her demeanor and how she interacts with her patients. The only down side is that they’re not open on weekends. Otherwise, highly recommend!
