“Dr. Njoku has been my pcp for about 2 years already & I have no complaints. He’s friendly, attentive, his front desk staff has always been helpful & accommodating if I need to reschedule. He does referrals in a timely manner & listens to all of my concerns & worries. My prescriptions are always sent quickly & on time. I’m very happy w/ the level of care & support I’ve received so far as a 36 yr old woman & mother.

“Was referred to this location for physical therapy by my GMG PCP due to MRI results. Front office staff were very friendly and professional each visit. My health history was discussed with a physician & a treatment plan was created. Each PT session consisted of stretching & movement. A heat modality was applied as well. A few times it was applied prior to the session but the majority of time, it was applied at the conclusion. Within 3 PT sessions, improvement was noticeable. At the completion of all sessions, it was if the issues I was treating for had never existed. Thank you GMG PT!!”

“Been to this location twice in January 2024. An absolutely wonderful experience each time. Staff members greet you the minute you walk in the door with a smile on their face and IN their voice. After you're checked in, they'll direct you to the proper waiting area. One is for patients to see their doctor. Others are for labs, etc. These waiting areas are spacious and the "wait time" is not long at all. Multiple restrooms are located throughout the building. My physician created a treatment plan I am very comfortable with. I look forward to working with my new family at Gonzaba Medical Group on Bandera Road!!”

“Dr Ramirez is one of the finest humans you will ever meet. He knows his doctor stuff and cares exquisitely for the patent before him. He treats the patent holistically by learning about their life and imparting wisdom, but he does this in a subtle way, by telling stories. Quaint stories which have nudged me to choose better and think happier. His nurse is also wise and kind. His staff is caring, efficient, and best of all. . . wait for it. . .available when you call! No phone tree to navigate then end in a voice mail! You are lucky if you get to be a patent in this beautiful clinic.”
“I give Dr Jimmy 5 stars but he lost one due to his office staff. I want to start by saying how much I absolutely love Dr. Jimmy Baros. He’s the reason I continue to drive all the way to this office. His bedside manner is truly unmatched, he listens carefully, never rushes appointments, and genuinely seems to care not only about my health but about my life. That kind of attention and compassion is rare, and it’s exactly why I chose this practice in the first place. He makes you feel seen, heard, and valued as a person.
Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for my recent experience with the front office. I called today around 2:40 PM with a question about my husband’s prescription and was met with an incredibly rude response. The woman on the phone dismissed me and said, “I’m not going to play the guessing game.” I wasn’t trying to make anyone guess I was just asking for help.
It was a disappointing and frustrating moment that didn’t reflect the high standard of care Dr. Jimmy sets. Patients should be treated with courtesy and patience, especially when they’re reaching out for support. One rude interaction like this can really impact the trust and comfort we have in an office. DR Jimmy's previous staff was excellent I had never been treated like this before. I don’t know if its new energy but lately, the front office staff energy totally changed this year.
I truly hope this was a one-off, and I’m sharing this not out of anger, but in hopes that the same level of respect and kindness Dr. Jimmy shows can be upheld by the rest of the staff as well. He deserves a team that reflects his incredible care.”
“Dr. Cobbinah and her entire staff are phenomenal. I've been a patient for 3 years. Both of the Nurse practitioners are amazing staff is friendly. Plus Carmen who handles all of labs is incredible. A special shout out to Julis and Haley they both do a spectacular job. The other staff members i can not recall their names however they are also very much appreciated.”
“He’s the best! My husband has gone there for years and years and years and Dr. Baros has always provided excellent care and helped not only diagnosing my husband with diabetes but ensuring he received the best care and found a fantastic endocrinologist to go to for maintenance.”

“I went to this doctor on recommendation from a good friend of mine and knew that he was treated with lots of respect, but I was still very anxious because it was a male doctor. My anxiety was to the point where I was crying before I even saw Dr. Macias! Thankfully though, I was immediately checked on by the doctor and we continued our visit.
Not only was he amazingly kind and respectful but also listened to all of my concerns and worked through them with me. I was blown away!
Also, shout out to the front desk lady (who's name i really should know, im so sorry)! She is super quick to answer any questions, very polite regarding sensitive topics like money issues and gender presentation, and has an infectious cheerful attitude!
Normally, I dread doctor visits but I was disappointed to hear i won't see either of them for a while because how helpful the medication i was prescribed!
Please please please check these folks out if you're struggling with your health, they will be happy to help!”
“NP Russell Ross has been wonderful in treating me over the last few years. He listens and cares. After my original PCP moved out of state a few years ago, I spent time looking for a new practitioner who accepted my insurance, and I'm glad NP Ross' office does. He's under the guidance of Dr. David Sandercock (in case someone is looking for a new PCP). I'm also an Affordable Care Act & Medicare agent, so I understand the importance of finding trustworthy doctors. An added bonus is that there's a Labcorp for blood work and tests in the same building. I feel like I'm in good hands here.”

“I went as a walk in, in need of a root canal. They were very transparent and communicative of the fact that they might not be able to complete it for me and explained all of my options and the accompanying costs. Marissa and Caroline took care of me and they were both amazing help and so sweet and caring. I didn't get to get the root canal, but I knew it was a low likelihood. I was just willing to take the chance because I needed it so bad. But they were able to quote me on the option for an extraction if I wanted to do it there. I walked out with lots of info and help from them even though I wasn't able to be taken as a patient. The visit was only $32, so it was not a big loss and I got xrays from it, which they were able to send to me. Just amazing service from a helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this location if you need help.”
