Son wanted highlights done. Linda took the time to help him pick color and also a style he liked. She was patient and very friendly. Salon was clean and welcoming. We definitely will be going back!

This place really deserves 0 stars, they said I’m all good for today’s appointment yet they’re CLOSED. Why in the world would they allow you to schedule an appointment and confirm it if the location is CLOSED?!? This is terrible business.

Horrible service. I would give negative stars.
Giving this location a try in desperation after 6-8 months after a stylist who was let go few months ago screwed up my sons haircut.
We had appointments at 11 and 11:30 am for my son and daughter’s haircut at Evans location. Owner Rick made the appointment on Thursday for them.
Today , firstly his stylist don’t show up. No one called me to inform, another lady Aditi cut my sons hair in between doing highlights on another customer.
All that I had asked was a low fade and leave the hair long hair on top. Picture was also shown . And she was so incompetent- looks like a disaster . She chopped off a bunch of hair in the front oh his head .
Not capable do even a basic boys haircut. Now my middle schooler looks like a toddler with a bad haircut . Gave me excuse saying that I have to get my sons haircut cut more often and she can’t make out any previous style on his head…
She said “it’s only hair, it will grow back” - try telling that to a 13 yr old boy! Absolutely horrible. He was crying out of the store.
My daughter has curly hair and I specifically asked for someone who knows how to deal with curly hair. After she washed her hair post haircut- it is so obviously uneven. Was not evident at the salon , as the hair was never wet. Looks like my 10 year old cut her hair by herself.
Definitely not a good place for curly hair either.
Never visit this location on Evans .

Blanca gave me a great cut. She listened to my ideas and then advised me about what would be best for my hair type and age. She spent extra time with me to make sure I was happy with the styling. I'll definitely go back to see her again!

So, saw sign for &69 color and cut at Fantastic Sam's on Evans before 281. Desperate cuz Valentines and my high end salon, Benjamin's not available, asked to get color. Should have run when entering and the stylist had bald spot on her hair & could barely walk as quite large, it to make that an issue but she was not very friendly and she and the other stylist there had no other customers and did not care and I felt they were annoyed they had business, So the $69 color did not apply to me as I only had partial color on roots & then hortibly, a bad haircut? was overcharged, I paid extra for &20 blow dry as felt would be appreciated as my usual salon. This Kim, was not happy to blow dry my hair and had to redo at home but was happy to add an extra &30. I asked for print out as why my bill was over &120 for the less than one hour sub par service & she never gave me receipt, So will need to fire out this bad haircut but feel color was done ok, ,

I just wanted to share my experience with you all! I've been a regular at this location for about six months now, and I can honestly say that every time I go, I receive exceptional service. Kim, the manager, is always so kind and welcoming, and she makes sure that I leave with a smile on my face. If you're looking for a place with great service and a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend checking this place out!

Very bad service, even though I explained with photos to the stylist the cut I was looking for, she did what she wanted and cut my hair twice as much as I had asked for, she ruined my hair! Not recommended at all
