However there was a lady whom wanted my cut hair for a non profit and that's fine, however she should ask the client first and not just expect it....

Yesterday Courtney Carrillo gave me a fabulous shape up cut of my multi length short hair. I LOVE the cut. She also highlighted my hair and put a low-light on one too light area. The color turned out great...just what I wanted. She took great care in helping me decide color and cut. I will definitely return!!!! Oh, and she is a really nice person!

I went in today for a root touch up and cut and just WOW!! Courtney was super attentive and did amazing work to my hair. She helped revive my hair with a deep conditioning and showed me how to get more volume for my type of hair. Definitely will be back to see her!

Courtney was amazing! Went in for a trim, long layers, and a face frame and it came out great! Courtney was super nice and the service was fast. She made sure I was good with the cut every step of the way and with the styling as well. A great place to get your hair done!

10 out of 10 would come back here again for another haircut! Shawna did such an amazing job on my hair and was super sweet to help find the right style to suit me without sacrificing a lot of my hair haha. They need to seriously work on their customer service , the lady that was at the front desk was very rude & gave us attitude when we just asked if there was any availability & she was like I’m off so I can’t do it but we didn’t ask her too just was inquiring. It’s been two times where we book an appointment at a specific time with Marco & he gets us in 30 minutes or so after our said time. Unprofessional & won’t be returning & did mediocre as well.

I'm very particular and paranoid when it comes to my hair but Courtney does a great job! She has gentle hands and does a great job at identifying exactly what I want for my hair. Somehow she always leaves my hair exactly how I want it and is so gentle with me hair. I'm really greatful for her work! I don't go to anyone else to do my hair other than my mom who is a cosmotoligist but she lives really far so I've had to find a stylist here, I'm so glad I found Courtney. 10/10 would recommend!

Went in for a simple color touch up and OH WOW MARIA was amazing!! She took the time to listen to my needs and recommended ways to get volume to my fine hair. One of the Best cuts and color and overall look!! Loved the service and Maria's great customer service!!

Wasn't really too happy with the overall haircut I went somewhere else to have it fixed a week and a half later the signs for uneven.
