GREAT customer service!!! Toni was FANTASTIC to work with. Was in town for a convention and needed a fast turnaround for a large print for our booth. Toni worked with our designer and was able to get our print done in 24hrs. Would definitely recommend these folks!

This location did an amazing job with our temporary 4x8 MDO construction sign. I got my quote the same day I called them the the project was completed two days later. They were quick with communication and excited about our new project. Thank you FastSigns!

Quality of work is great, communication is not. I asked for a banner to be created without the QR code and Toni responded in an email we can not do QR codes. I then responded back, I just need this created without the QR code. She never responded back. In any business communication is key I hope this changes.

Just moved into an office nearby and was looking forward to doing business with local vendors in the vicinity. They had stellar reviews so am really disappointed with my experience. Placed an order for a small vinyl sign for the exterior of my office door and the initial interaction was smooth. I received an immediate email with an estimate, and secondly request for payment. Once payment was submitted there was no follow up so I assumed it was in production. Had I not called to follow up, who knows when the 'proof' would have been sent for my approval to initiate production. Nevertheless, I was told that my item would be ready by Friday, but come Friday I had to again take it upon myself to follow up on my order. As noon approached, I called and discovered that my order was ready. At no point was I informed that their office would be closing early. I arrived at 3:38pm to an empty parking lot. The lack of communication, and the fact that I had to initiate follow ups was enough for this experience to be my last.Update: The Quality of the Print was complete trash! At no point was I ever informed that a higher resolution or vector file was needed, and which could have been provided. Anyone with any ounce of graphic design experience would have caught this! Insult to injury "Peggy" instead of trying to find a resolution was combative and unprofessional. The staff here is an AGING workforce whose scope of work seems to be specializing in birthday banners at best!
