What a waste of time going to the “FedEx in store” find out really it drop off only. They can’t print or print basic fedex shipping labels. Why can’t yall have a store email to send shipping labels too … nobody carry’s a usb with them to print labels?

Printing through FedEx is made seamlessly because of this fantastic crew! Any time I've visited, they went above and beyond to help me. I visited quite a few different stores, but this one is my favorite!

Unsuccessful pickup! Cashiers were rude and didn’t give me package for work, even though I had all authorizing documentation. I hate third party pickups!!

They don't print the return label for you here. Only bring it if you have the return label.

They couldn't help me. Have your label printed out. It would have been better off going to an actual location. This location is inside a CVS. I had to drive to one because their printing machine didn't work for the shipping label.

Furniture Shipments delivered by fedex regardless from where it was bought always come completely damaged like it was attacked by a bull . Then we find the items damaged inside and have to return to the shop or we lose our money. Please have some respect for people items we pay money for this and it’s a waste of gas and material to return it because your horrible handling damaged it.
