I have to take a weekly COVID test for my job. I’ve dropped it off at this location for a month. Today the manager said they don’t take them. I was on my lunch hour and didn’t have time to figure out where I could take it on short notice. I hope I can drop it somewhere this afternoon before the last pickup. If you offer FedEx pickup, as long as it’s not some weird package they should take anything we bring. It sure was convenient. Oh well.

Sure, it's convenient, but if you get someone who is in a bad mood, yikes. The people at the main FedEx locations have much better customer service.

Easy in and out. Store manager didn't make me wait in line with a large box, but instead opened up another register. Very thoughtful.

Very good service FedEx came to my house picked up package next day! It's on it's way to receiver! I've been using FedEx this year and no complaints drivers are friendly and curtious great job FedEx!
