Even the roughest gas stations have cleaner restrooms than this place. The people are very friendly though but obviously management isn't on top of everything.

I received great service today. I was assisted with what to do for self-service printing. I was also assisted with a Passport photo as well. Prints in color are $0.69 per page while black and white prints are $0.19 per page. A passport photo was $14.95 + tax. Although, I think the photo was a bit expensive, nonetheless I appreciated the service, even them stapling the photo to the application for me. I learned after the fact that FedEx offers a passport expedited option on their website, to include them printing a mailing label on your behalf. That makes things a lot easier and in the future, I may try that option.

Always have a good experience here, which is usually to ship large and heavy items. Staff is helpful, would be nice though if the front doors could open automatically with the push of a button.

Me & my wife have been using this place for over a year & they have NEVER had an issue with shipping back our dry ice tanks to where it came from. But we just tried to drop it off tonight & the staff was EXTREMELY rude. Saying that it was "illegal" for them to take the tanks back at that store & they had where going to have to "review past footage". Like we get it we came late & close to when you close but there was no need for both staff members to be so rude. & even if it was true about what you said that gives the staff there no right for it to be said with so much attitude & disrespect whenever we've had no problem in the past.

I wasn't even able to get into the building to use the services. There is no handicap accessible parking or accessible way to get into the store. I have balance issues and use a cane but I also can't get up the large step around the whole building. It is the closest fedex to where I live. So now I have to search other locations just to call around and ask if they are accessible or not. It's like your disabled customers don't really matter.

The service at this location is up and down in terms of customer service. Sometimes the person behind the counter is very helpful. Then at another time you get really bad service. On one visit I brought my own laser paper to have high quality prints made at the counter. The person "helping" me told me he would not print my job because some students at Incarnate Word brought in "bad paper" which made the copy machine inoperable, requiring servicing over the next day. This kind of logic is full of holes. It shows very sluggish mental activity. And also a lazy attitude. What connection does my laser paper have with what happened in the case of the IW students? A former manager (David) was extremely bright and took care of problems. But now the service can be sub-par. Especially when one incompetent employee has to use some adult-level discernment.

I had a great experience at this FedEx! I was printing out some documents, in color, over the internet with their print services. You can upload documents to them, and they'll print them out for you to pick up later. I showed up at the appointed time, and the documents were all messed up. I got something wrong with the order, it was totally my fault. The clerk shows me the set, and I just facepalm- they're unusable! I expressed my grief that I'd goofed up the whole document. She assured me that there's no problem, she can fix it right quick. She jumped on the computer, click- click - boom! She reformatted the document, and got my pages printed no problem! I was incredibly grateful that she was able to come through for me and help me get everything situated. She was a life saver. This location also has stationary stuff and a few corporate-themed books to browse through while you wait. They offer passport photos too. Parking can be a bit challenging through here, it's a small lot right off of Broadway. I prefer to approach by the alleyways.

I have a love and hate relationship with this FedEx print and ship location, but lately most of my experiences have been positive, so I decided to update my review. This is my go-to location to print any kind of work related marketing material (posters, flyers, postcards, etc). I like that you can contact them via email and place print orders. I also like that FedEx.com uses Canva to create marketing material which is super helpful and easy. Compared to other FedEx locations in the city, I think they are the most efficient location for printing. Also, their customer service has definitely improved in the last couple of years. The current staff is always very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this location for any kind of printing job, specially if you needed done during the weekend.

Only accepts mobile QR code, not if you have a barcode label PDF. They have no service to print papers (such as said label). In the end you can only send with mobile QR or if you have printed the label.

Every time I come here the staff is quick, efficient and friendly- never had to wait long. One time I brought a 62 lbs box of compostable diapers and they performed service with a smile!
