The gurl was extremely rude. They don't take anything with batteries but have no signage saying so. Not only was she rude to the person in front of me. She was rude to me as well. There wasn't any reason to be rude.

Worker listening to music with ear buds, doesn't even acknowledge there is a line of customers and doing his own thing.
Zero customer service. What should have been 30 second scan and drop off package, waiting for several minutes. For worker to finish playing his game?
Get rid of these employees and get ones that actually want to work

I waited for 30mins for them to tell me that they can't scan FedEx boxes. Put a sign or something. They all slow, even the manager. Hated.

I had some posters printed. Advertised hours are that they close at 8PM. I get off at 7PM so I go after work, just to have the man at the desk put a Closed sign in my face when I'm next in line at 7:40. If I hadn't ordered and paid ahead, I'd cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. But instead I can't pick up my order that's paid for and that I've already received confirmation is ready for pick up. Pathetic customer service.

On Mondays says it closes at 9pm but thats wrong it closes at 8pm. Just an FYI dont be like me thinking its open an hour late on purpose. Nope not open. Change your hours!

I usually don't go to offices supply stores and I now know why. This place needs a lot of work. Came in for some office supplies and the store just looks unorganized and dead. The workers seem very stressed and unhappy.. nobody seems to like working there and I often see a lot of other customers just lost. The mangers seem to never work. Every time you ask them for help and they seem not to care. The lady "penny" is exactly what you expect. Poor customer service skills and just rude. Do yourself a flavor If you need office supplies don't come here. Do yourself a favor and shop Amazon instead
