They don't print Fed Ex labels and you don't get a receipt, they just drop your package "in a bucket" and wait for Fed Ex to pick up. Had to go to a different site to get a receipt for the laptop I'm shipping.

This location is not at “ship site”. It is a drop box. They do not have the ability to read QR codes

When i got to fedex they closed as soon as i got there. THREE HOURS EARLY! Due to weather. I dont know about you but isnt fedex supposed to have reliable and dependable shipping service. Ive never known for fedex to close because its cold outside. It sounds more like lazy employees making excuses not to work. Im. Switching to UPS. AT LEAST THEY STAY OPEN.

When i got to fedex they closed as soon as i got there. THREE HOURS EARLY! Due to weather. I dont know about you but isnt fedex supposed to have reliable and dependable shipping service. Ive never known for fedex to close because its cold outside. It sounds more like lazy employees making excuses not to work. Im. Switching to UPS. AT LEAST THEY STAY OPEN.

Fed ex is great! Am a member of two wine clubs. Both were via UPS. As a retiree that was spoiled by mail room delivery while working I than was faced to home delivery and rescheduled delivery times over days. UPS Nacogdoches/410 store sucked... delivery fee and horrible service.Fedex ... no fees, great service. SOLD ME!

First off, this review is for this store location, not the company overall. (The company overall would be 2-3 stars at best). I've had a number of experiences with this store, due to various things that bring up the need for shipping or office services. This includes quick photos for when I was applying for my CPA license, done easily and fast, printing out of various e-mails and items I needed to get into test centers, done easily and fast, a crazy shipment for my day job where we literally carted in over 100 laptops in the early stages of COVID-19....handled easily and fast, going in just tonight b/c I'm trying to get details on moving boxes I ordered shipped via FedEx and the website decides I don't exist anymore...once again, handled easily and fast. I've gotten nothing but great customer service here, time and time again. While I won't be able to use this store much in the near future (I'm moving way too far away for that to be possible)...I'd still recommend them for anybody in the area. Time and again customer service has been fast, friendly, and efficient.
